Just the bloke who has to confiscate his car keys at the end of the night.

That's us practising throw-in's for a couple of hours tomorrow morning.

In other words you want them to win. A confident team going at our shower of shite at the back equals only one thing. Yeah, if they're flying and get an early goal then it sets up the rest of the game for them.
-
Not sure if I want Hull to win tonight or not. If they win tonight they'll travel up here full of confidence, if they lose then they'll be desperate for a result but may be a bit more cagey.
-
Mentioned this before in as much as if there was no manager at all, no-one making decisions and the squad made all of the decisions as a collective that the results would improve. It would be a farcical situation and I'd never want it but it would still be better than what we've got now.

Alan Pardew A woeful afternoon against his former side, during and after which it felt as if the only possible conclusion was a P45 slid slowly across a boardroom table. It may feel like a blessed relief, such has been the tortuous run Alan Pardew has endured. "Alan Pardew, it's never your fault," was the audible chant from the away fans who had made the 665-mile round trip, whilst the singing of "sacked in the morning" from both sets of supporters must be one of the most evident indications that a managerial departure is forthcoming. A supporter having to be held back by stewards, clearly intent on reaching the manager, is another unsavoury signal. The 4-0 loss on Saturday was utterly shambolic. A Tim Krul clearance following a weak Fabricio Coloccini backpass struck Shane Long and went just wide of goal - the tone of the afternoon had been set within the first 20 seconds. A central defensive pairing that has been together longer than any other in the Premier League looked devoid of communication or concentration, whilst the rest of the side demonstrated the hangdog mood that appears to have affected all concerned with the club. It couldn't come as any real surprise to Pardew if that were to be the end. They sit bottom of the table, have suffered their worst start to a season since 2005, have taken five points from their previous 12 games and have lost 16 of their last 24 (taking 18 points) in a run stretching back to December 2013. Furthermore, supporters have also been forced to watch something approaching total dross. In those aforementioned 24 matches, Newcastle have failed to score in 16 of those, an almost impressive commitment to remaining goal shy. Less than a fortnight ago I described how Newcastle fans had already run out of patience - 'Eat. Sleep. Pardew Out. Repeat' was one popular message following the defeat at St Mary's. One third of their diaries might soon suddenly become free. http://www.football365.com/winners-losers/9471269/Costa-And-Fabregas-Top-The-Winners.

If Ashley isn't going to do the deed then it's solely up to the fans now. He's too greedy to resign, too arrogant to accept he's doing a shit job which leaves the fans to get it done. Every single person who goes on Saturday has the duty to give the bloke absolute hell from the very first minute. Non stop abuse, vitriol and bile. Give him as much sick as it's humanly possible to do so. Chase him into the dugout and make sure he stays there. If Carver gets up instead give that fat prick exactly the same. Fucking torture the wankers. Maximum volume, maximum abuse.

Rob Shepherd is the bloke who bites people's faces.

We are beyond s*** though mate. Although pardew has form with last minute winners Either way we are just delaying the inevitable. We are but Hull like Palace are a team that is more than happy with a point away from home. They'll likely sit back rather than press high and go for the juggler like a lot of other teams would. I think they'll go for it. Bruce isn't stupid, he knows an early goal creates mayhem and we're short on confidence. I think they'll start quick and put as much pressure on us as possible. Start at 100mph and force an error or 7 high up the park. It's what I would do. If they get a couple of early goals Pardew may need some security as things will turn ugly. I'm waiting for the back to basics comments throughout the week BTW. Working on shape etc We've conceded 7 in the last 2 games and the back 4 look incredibly fragile. The manager is under huge pressure and the crowd are like a bubbling pot, ready to boil over at any point. Can't imagine anything other than high tempo, full-court press stuff from Hull from the very first minute. Why would you possibly be cautious and give the under-pressure team time and space to build a bit of confidence and get a foothold in the game?

Can you imagine the cheers if the chap were to land one on Pardew... Would be sensational if SportsDirect adverts were ripped down too. All of those flimsy ones along the back of the East Stand, the ones that could be kicked through which are attached to the railings etc. Would obviously be a very wrong thing to do though, wouldn't want anything to happen to the (flimsy) SportsDirect adverts.

I know this is really sly and I'm not particularly proud of it but I really hope one of our idiots run onto the field and assaults the fucker in the dugout. Or at least attempts to. To see a wall of stewards in place simply to stop the manager of the home team from being set upon by his own fans sends out the best message possible. To need security guards surrounding you in order to allow you to physically do your job. Imagine that...
-
His goals record is just not good enough during his career - I was amazed we signed him to be honest until I remembered Pardew I accept that. I don't think he's going to score many goals but I'm just pointing out the shitstorm he's walked into isn't going to help him disprove that. I'm loathe to slate many of the new signings, regardless of their previous seasons, given the other stuff going on at the club atm.
-
They'll be thinking 'Just get though Hull. It'll be another month or so before we're at home after Hull. Just ride it out and it'll blow over by Leicester.'
-
Given the manager he's signed for, the formation he's played in and the mentality of the team it's hard to be too critical of the lad. All of the above factors, combined with the fact he's moved to a new league, new language and new culture, mean he's got his work cut out to win the fans over. He's looked isolated and anonymous but not all of that is his fault imo. Not saying he's a superb player but the current scenario he's walked into is the worst that he could possibly have imagined. Certainly not going to slate the lad just yet.
-
In the past he's always had the break and won when he's absolutely had to. This time I can't see who's going to score the 2 or 3 needed to win the game because we're not keeping a clean sheet on Saturday. That back 4 is in disarray and it's not suddenly going to improve in a week. They're a shambles back there and Hull, just as Soton and Palace did, will take advantage.
-
Praying for 2 early Hull goals. I want anarchy.
-
Very few expected anything other than what you've described tbh.
-
Is that a budgie on his head?

Even if Cabaye was sold from the team, they've had enough time and money to replace him in the summer. If they've spent £35m and still not adequately replaced the player whose absence they're all blaming for the shit form then it's just another black mark against Charnley and Pardew. If Cabaye was that instrumental then replacing him should have been the main priority - cash was made available and they had since February to scout, and May to sign, him. How can they still be blaming the decision they took to move him on? It's staggering.
-
Well he did have plenty of material tbf.
-
The main (only?) attribute that Pulis, Bruce, Sherwood et al have is the fact they're not Alan Pardew. Sometimes a change is as good as a rest. None of them are the answer but they're all a better option than the cunt in charge at the minute.
-
Fuck them two idiots. They didn't have a word of blame for Pardew last time this happened and I bet they won't this time either. They always seem to forget that Pardew trains and selects these players. Granted, but how many times can they crucify the back 4 without criticising the cunt who keeps picking them?
