  1. One of the very few things I remember from my Law A level is that price tickets are simply an invitation to treat. Handing over goods with a total ticket price of £300, or whatever, letting them ring them all through the tills and offering a pound is completely legal. A complete waste of their time obviously, but it's not illegal iirc.
  2. We're fucked regardless. Had more points on the the board, at this stage, the season we went down. We've had 6 really nice fixtures and taken 4 points from them. Krul, Elliot, it doesn't matter. We're about to embark on a run where we lose every single game for about 6 weeks off the bounce. The bloke picking it out of the net is irrelevant.
  3. NI crowd giving it the ole's for each completed pass against the Faroe Islands.
  4. I'm genuinely delighted for the lad tbh. No reason why a clearly talented player should have his career ruined by this prick, he took a bit of a chance on us when he left Montpellier and it looked canny grim for him in August but he's got himself a move and taken advantage. He'll go on to have a very good career now and he'll look back on being ostracised by Pardew as the biggest lucky break in his life. Good luck to the lad, hope he tears it up.
  5. Wouldn't fancy us to beat anyone else in the division, home or away atm. We look woeful against mediocre sides so fuck knows what we're going to look like away to City and Spurs and home to Liverpool in the next 3 weeks. Even a win against Leicester keeps us in the relegation zone. Our tough run of fixtures hasn't even started yet and we're already playing catchup. We'll be down there all season and everyone saw it coming. The first half of the Malaga friendly confirmed that fuck all had changed, that was 3 months ago.
  6. Notice the Daily Ranger go straight for his throat whilst our little fannies skirt around him. Our local journos have, largely, held back and some are still reluctant to have a proper pop at him because they're scared of him.
  7. If people are still genuinely behind him then absolutely nothing will convince them to change their minds. It's looking grim as fuck and if sane people are still behind him to turn it around, and I believe there are loads of these type of cunts about, then it's pointless trying to reason with them. They're beyond help, as is the club in general.

Eventually you reap what you sow. We've conceded heavily and regularly for the last 26 months now and we've taken deliberate action to weaken us at CB by loaning out M'Biwa. If you're conceding 2 or 3 regularly then you're going to really struggle to win enough games to stay up. We're in the shit up to our necks atm and have no option but to persist with Coloccini and Williamson regardless of form or fitness, that's entirely the club's doing, not luck or misfortune, it's chronic rank mismanagement of the squad. The same players who've failed to perform for months still continue to be picked week in, week out. We're struggling to create chances but Ben Arfa and Marveaux have been moved on. The manager and the squad simply aren't fit for purpose and we're probably going to be relegated, it's not a knee-jerk reaction to a poor start to a season either, the failings of last season have merely continued into this one, it's not 7 games, it's 27 games now. It's pragmatism, we've had a nice start and still dropped 17 points of the 21 on offer so far, we're already cut adrift with some very tough fixtures to come in the next couple of months. We've still got most of the top teams to play twice in the remaining 31 games and we don't look likely to beat the worst sides let alone the better ones. Worst thing about all of it is the fact so many in the crowd either can't or won't see it. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. No criticism allowed as any pop at the club is taken as a personal insult. Too may are too loyal to these wankers, unconditional love/devotion/support of the club is actually harming it. Now is the time to be critical, pose questions and challenge the people making these monumentally shit decisions at the club. Ten years ago a manager like Pardew would have, quite rightly, been run out of town without looking back. The spirit has been broken, apathy reigns, too may quite happy to turn up at 2.30 and accept whatever shite is trotted out for them. Action's needed but even the ones who care the most, care too much. It's fucking criminal man.
  9. Then if we finish 15th and stay up by 4 points, we'll all be expected to be stuffing our faces with humble pie. Already 4 points adrift of the next catchable team and that gap's only going to widen between now and New Year. Everton will shoot up the league shortly, discounting them totally. I'll say it now, we'll be in the bottom 4 or 5 all season and as things stand atm we'll go down. All of the ingredients are there for another relegation and the apathy is so entrenched that it'll be over and done with before the thick cunts even realise it. It'll be like "Shit, just checked the league and we need another 27 points from 17 games to stay up. We're not getting those. Oh well, never mind..."
  10. We're wasting our time with this lot. Owner sees it going pear-shaped and refuses to act, manager is incapable of getting results and performances and players are quite happy to go through the motions and watch it all happen. Majority of fans seem totally oblivious/unaware of the situation and seem thankful we're making up the numbers. It's dead, it's just dead in the water and no cunt gives the first fuck. It's embarrassing.

    Sunderland

Always maintained that the bloke is just a massive arsehole. His hardman image was a way of disguising it and some people love him but he's always been a cunt. Seems like his only was of dealing with situations is with aggression and confrontation. Utter tool and always will be.
  12. They'll get him for a third of that if they've got the bottle to go in low enough.
  13. It had L next to it before I edited it. Out of 36 points, I've nailed 21 points as sure losses. 15 up in the air. I'm thinking its more like 25-33 points will be lost. I think we may have double figures on the board by Xmas. I think a lot of fans simply aren't aware of how gentle our opening set of fixtures have been, the general lack of knowledge about forthcoming fixtures, young players, formations and so forth is staggering. Some are genuinely unconcerned with the fact we've only picked up 4 points from 21 with a really tough run of fixtures to come fairly soon. "Only been 7 games, too early to panic yet." Heard that gem today from a bloke I've known for nearly 20 years. Said it before, the fixtures will fucking kill us in December. The 4 fixtures before Chelsea are the only remotely winnable games for the next 3 months, there I've said it. 10-15 points on the board at Xmas pretty much gets you relegated and that's exactly where we're headed.
  14. Already got 4 points on the board, what the fuck are you whinging about? It's only October ffs. etc.
  15. LLL going to be a fun 15 days. Don't forget Chelsea (H) before that run starts and we've also got Man U away on Boxing Day.
  16. I'm actually quite pleased they're televising his demise. I want as much public humiliation heaped on the useless twat as possible. It'll be a constant stream of batterings broadcast live week after week after week. Sounds like the Gulf War.
  17. Too busy working with and organising the back 4.
  18. I really want to play this now I can only imagine the mess I'd get into if that was in a beer garden nearby.

  20. The fixture list is the same for everyone - you play the other 19 teams home and away. The fixtures become difficult because we're fucking terribly managed. Every fixture is tough when you're fucking hopeless.
  21. Mentioned this before, the manager basically writes off any fixture against City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man U, Everton and Spurs. He's quick to tell us we can't compete with these teams and, generally speaking, the results tend to bear this out. I know we've picked up the odd result here and there but they tend to beat us convincingly more often than not. Writing these 14 fixtures off, as he does, leaves just 24 games to gather points. One could also point to the meek surrenders against Sunderland and chop that 24 by another 2 so it becomes 22. We've already played 6 of them and managed the sum total of 4 measly, poxy points. 16 games to get another 36 points to ensure we survive, more than 2 a game just to have a decent chance of surviving. We've won only 5 games in the calendar year ffs. We're going down. We're going down in a ball of flames and there are still some with their head's in the sand.
  22. Tottenham v Newcastle Man City v Newcastle Newcastle v Liverpool West Brom v Newcastle Newcastle v QPR West Ham v Newcastle Burnley v Newcastle Newcastle v Chelsea Arsenal v Newcastle Newcastle v Sunderland Man Utd v Newcastle Newcastle v Everton Newcastle v Burnley Chelsea v Newcastle Have they even looked at the next month or 2 of fixtures? In the relegation zone after having a played a very gentle set of opening fixtures (dropping 17 points out of 21). This shit isn't going away, it's not going to get better, we'll be cut adrift soon and we're watching it happen.
  23. And who can blame him? This time last week we were 20th, now we're up to 18th. Flying up the league and the players are putting in a shift for him. It's all good.
  24. 4 points from 21. 1 win in 15. It's still relegation form and it's going to get even worse once we have to play the better teams in the league. Sleepwalking our way to the Championship and there are still those who can't see it. It's going to be a 7 month car crash watching us for the rest of the season.
