Decent player but 5 and a half years is a long contract. He's looked ok so far and hopefully he'll get better but I'd like to think we'll be upgrading in every position over the next couple of years and doubt whether Williamson will be satisfied with a role of squad player. We'll see.

Bit baffling really. Not that bothered in all honesty but I'm sure Russia will put on a bit of a show in 2018. I'd love FIFA to come out and explain the logic behind playing the biggest football tournament on Earth in Qatar in July in temperatures of 40 fucking degrees though. Who do you suggest like? David Wheater supposedly linked with us if Taylor goes. Wheater's contract is also up at the end of the season. Don't see much different between the two. £25k a week probably.

to be fair he done it the back end of last season, it was only the thought of who we were palying that stopped us thinking it. for me the goal at doncaster was when i thought he's the real deal. To make the step up and lead the line against the best defenders in the country whilst still making and scoring goals is something else though. Plenty of good strikers have filled their boots in Div 1 but haven't done it. You were absolutely right btw.

Carroll's been an absolute revelation this season. He's developed so much in the last 12 months and is a genuine threat for any defence in the country atm. He's got 9 PL goals so far and will keep on scoring because no-one can handle him in this form. He's been utterly superb.

I just think the whole MES QUE UN CLUB wankathron is worse then the whole mourinho fanboyism. Add that to their bitterness less season and its easy to see through the hype. Madrid have been awful, and Barca are taking advantage along with some brilliant individual performances from their players, they have ridiculous talent in their squad..
