Attendances at Boro are booming man. Booming.

How you getting down? I'm getting the train, normally get the bus. Dont know yet mate, prolly find a bus somewhere. The X10.

Until things are a bit clearer behind the scenes then I think another month is fair enough. He's only lost 2 of his 8 in charge which is reasonable I suppose. Certainly better than getting gubbed every game under Hughton.

No reason whatsoever why Taylor should come back in after that. Wouldn't rule it out though.
-
That's just it - he won't go to Hartlepool (or anywhere else). We haven't got 2 or 3 years to play with. It's either Harper or Krul and the decision has to be made in the next 6 months which one to keep and which one to bin. Krul has 2 1/2 years left on his contract. He can spend next season loan or rot in the reserves

So Frank Lazarus starts eh? Who'd have thunk it?

There's an element of truth to the fact that keeping Harper on has made things easy for the club. (I don't believe for a second that there wasn't another keeper out there better than Harper but we never had to push for it and find him. We'll never know.) But his loyalty is now causing a problem. We've got the best young keeper in Holland who's hungry for games. By giving Harper a contract, we'll lose Krul. It's a no-brainer imo. Give him a painting of a spitfire and let him go. Edit: Exactly the same thing applies between Shola and Ranger.

You do have a point.

Not the best way to express it but Krul's just shown more ambition than Harper ever has. At least Krul sees the need to get games and has the bottle to leave and search for games. Then again I've been saying this for years..... *waits for the 'aye but he's loyal' shite to come.*

He'll play. They just have to say that because they pulled him out of the England match and have to pretend he's only 50/50 the day before so as not to arouse suspicion. Cockney wankers.

Looks like a couple of them came out of retirement for the day. Bad enough when young lads go to games to cause a bit of bother but blokes in their 40's and 50's is pretty fucking sad.

Yes please. The more information we have the better equipped we are to try to get it sorted. We know there are still problems and we'll do our best to sort them. Bear with us.

Detest the bloke and all he stands for. Fantastic review.

The Newcastle United Transfer Thread: D-Day [Spoiler: Not Much Happens]

In that case it wouldn't matter who was boss because the manager at NUFC doesn't have any say whatsoever in who comes into or leaves the club. Apparently.
