Because of injuries and the disjointed nature of the season (Woltemade coming in late and Wissa immediately being injured). Throw in the game every 3 days schedule. I really think we need to evolve our strategy in game, maybe an extra midfielder now and again as the last few weeks we really seem to be open right through the middle as games go on, plus a midfielder arriving late could be the key to unlocking the low block.

Pissed me off today. We were struggling to create against a team with a low block who offered little themselves going forward but any changes were like for like, no change of pattern.

Its what happens when a team is doing better than expected and is a surprise. See Palace a for a while, even the mackems currently but once that level becomes the expected the atmosphere changes.
