Felt sorry for Nyarko tbh. I didn't. He was a lazy shithouse that put in awful performances. When we signed him Wenger called him the new Patrick Vieira and after flopping with us his stock was still so high in France that he went to PSG and Monaco on loan. He went awol while on one of these loans mind. Think he ended up in the Norwegian league. f****** w******. Anyway... Bruno Robiero(leeds player) There's also a player which I have forgotton him first name. He's something Marshall. He played for O'Neill's Leicester side. He was a striker.......fat, crap and ugly. was it ian, started out as a centre half ?

Dave "I think i'm witty because I comment on other peoples mistake and try to get a cheap laugh. Oh wait I don't bother going to games do I" the Mod comes to the rescue again. admitting it was a mistake eh?

Owen? What about him? Replaceable & very costly, in hindsight a big mistake, a one i hope is rectified this summer with either Manu or Liverpool taking him off our hands, nothing would please me more to see us get our money back, we might just if them two clubs go at it for him, if not near enough £12m+ All I was asking. ^ Personally, I'd like to see him give us at least one season, but I wouldn't be terribly gutted if he left. Bit pissed, but I'd get over it. no matter who leaves you get over it. i wonder if toons taylor was saying buying shearer was a mistake when he got injured in that friendly at everton, after all he produced little that season and for £15mill then. as for milner whern he was on the verge of leaving last year,i'd rather have kept him but if he leaves for the benefit of the club,so be it....now that benefit would have to be substantial. Shearer had already scored 25 goals the season before, the injury was unlike him, these injuries are very like Owen, can't see how anyone cannot see this by looking back on both careers up till those two points. Owen is a crock, and crocks tend to get more fuked while at the toon, why, who knows it just happens. I'd rather have a player 60% of Owen's ability available 90% of the season. broken bone in his foot and cruciate ligament are "like him"...hamstrings,groins fair enough but not whats kept him out the last year or so But very injury prone nevertheless, not a player to rely on, not a player to build your team around, and for the amount we've spent on him, its what we needed for a club this size, just like we did with Shearer. aye,so he selfishly comes inside, dragging defenders in with him ,cutting down space for martins or any run from the centre....no coincidence our best chance came from one of the few occasions he played his role right. I am not saying he had a great game or did nothing wrong, but fkn hell the grief he gets its beyond a joke. If he had stuck out wode right all the time he would have hardly seen the ball then we would be seeing posts saying "why did he not come in for the ball, to happy to stay wide and contribute nothing blah blah blah". The lad cannot win.. i'm one of those who have defended him, this is not a turning point, but today he was by quite a large magin our worst player and by trying to get himself involved made the situation worse for his team. Glenn sacrifsed a bit of our attacking power today to make sure we did not concede, by playing Le Sib it gave us extra defensive power on set pieces, playing Milner wide left instead of Zoggy gave Carr more cover, so Dyer ended up widfe right and I am sure Glenn and Dyer would both prefer he was played uptop or through the middle. However I still cannot say he was as bad today as has been made out, Nobby did not have a torrid time with Bridge and you would expect him to if he had, jad no cover infront of him from Dyer. One thing is for sure regardless of his performance today, had he not got back fit this season we would be be in a religation spot right now. last sentence is a tad over the top and if glenn and dyer would prefer hom through the middle then it's my opinion theybare both wrong.the only position for dyer is wide right. The only posotion for him is a one where you think he is s****? I agree to a point that he could be a great right winger but you have to want that for it to happen, and Dyer does not want it. Souness was the one that seen Dyer as a striker and since he has been back from injury his best performances have been as a striker. No one thought he would last 2 games never mind the rest of the season, he said himself after about 5 games in he was shatterd and had been running only on the pure delight of being back. I would rahter habe him playing for us than against us, a lot on here would rather he was sold, its all personal opinion but those that dislike the lad always go to far when putting him down is he has not had the best game. no...a one where i think he played poor today
