can't speak onthe boca/river affair but what the others all have in common is "one city"...ours doesn't have that,to a large extent we don't mix,close examples would be liverpool/man utd or derby/forest....close enough to know each other well but far enough to stop it being rivalry and as has been touched onin another thread something that stretches way beyond football.
