Some of us pre game were saying for all we dont want to get beat we wouldn't mind getting knocked out due to other priorities. See what hes like next season or the end of this when we arent two games a week. Hes already quicker and more able to last 90mins than when he first came, he'll get physically stronger and hopefully his play can integrate more with our plans. Hes not a 9 or a 10, he could be himself.

Hardly horrific. Hard and to one side but the stutter means you can't get enough power to beat the keeper should they choose the right way. Better than the Schar style try to psyche the keeper out and place it a yard from him.

Gordon had a bit of form as a forward, Barnes had none. Makes me wonder why when Gordon has a history of playing on the right and Barnes had none we play them on those sides and never try the other way ?

He was poor but was sold some bad balls by Miley (MotM for us btw) in the first half, penned in by the touch line back to goal with a man on his back and winged a pass in.

Gareth Bale was started out as a FB/WB because its easier to read the game as its all in front. This will be doing Miley a world of good. I could even see him at CB if needed.

They've done it all season. I mentioned it 20mins into our game with them, they get away with lots of late hits, its deliberate and I'm surprised more hasn't been made of it.

What could he change ? Wissa still isnt trusted for 90 fitness wise. Until now 433 seemed like the best he could get...... going forward with a fit Wissa and Wolt with an Osula or someone else off the bench. Then Ill be asking as (and Ive banged this drum plenty) Nick ain't a 9.

I can only guess he doesnt think Wissa can do 90 and we have nothing up front the bench. We cant play 433 for the rest of the season. Our squad isn't suited for it now.

Most hand ball penalties are accidental but arms in an unnatural position for defending (they were) gives it. By the sounds of it the rule is if comes off the body o to the arm its deemed accidental, if straight on to the arm its given. If true thats fucking ridiculous.
