Its literally all they have, poor sods.

Going to have to keep an eye for the Fulham to win/Mitrovic anytime bet coming up for next Friday as I have a feeling the price will drop pretty sharpish.

Ah up! Top o’ the mornin’ t’ ye Kai. Eee by gum. Eee by gum? The "Ah up" pass you by ?

It needs changed but stopping it entirely is daft and I doubt it'll happen. Maximum loan 3 month, no loans within the same league, maximum 5 in 5 out per season. Maybe, just maybe extra rules for under 21's but I hate the way some clubs hoover up kids.

Well I’m not, I’m a fat cunt with a receding hairline. Probably accounts for 99% of 99% clubs forums.

Booing of ex players. Anyone remember the booing of Steve Watson ? Very funny.

If he was English (I don't know why it makes a difference but it does)

I said that I couldn't see why we were going so hard for him based on Chelsea performances. Never mentioned mental and didn't even know he'd been to Watford.

That thread's a r/thathappened gold mine. I like this to highlight their grasp on reality. "Nothing will be better than 6 in row or Rafa Beneathus, so they can throw as much as they like." Sure going down to League one is nothing compared to being able to say that. 28 years or whatever without a home derby win, absolutely nothing when you won the fixture 6 times in a row, that immediately followed a streak of 9 games without a Mackem win (including a 5 in a row ), and they only just with their last win drew level with us in the overall head to head, that's obviously the biggest thing ever. I used to post on there a while back before the six in a row and it was all about the 9-1. After pointing out we won the l title that season I said I'd happily that they beat us 9-1 home and away if we won the title. The lad I was jousting with said he'd rather the 9-1s than win the league. Their worth is gauged by us. If they got relegated to the Nationwide or whatever it is now, providing they finished above us they'd be Happy. That Ladies, Gents and stifler is the difference between us.

one of them must have seen 1 person with a beer medal once and the way they create stories- 55 thousand screaming gravy soaked jawdees and all that. Gravy stained = blue pop And cheesy chips basically.

Because he's a fat useless version of Leighton Baines ? Should've been booked for the deliberate hand ball on Shelveys goal aswell.

Nah Its not that weird. If a few of the regulars know each other it's like saying who's going and also keeping it open for newbies. The place is weird but that aspect is normal, even for them.

Watched it loads of times now and froze it likewise. It's only the "linesman's" view that gives any decent sight and the pictures from there are very inconclusive. Even with the picture frozen you can't tell if Mahrez is on the way down before contact or not. It seems like Dummett does make contact and could possibly knock Mahrez's leg onto his other but if he's on his way already the contact doesn't matter ( or rather shouldnt). The correct decision was given as they couldn't be sure but these are nearly always given. I'd bet this place would've been in uproar had it been Simpson on Kenedy.

I'm sure I heard 7 loanees going back and 5 out of contract. Leaves them really with rubbish keepers, kids and Journeymen they are desperate to get off the books.
-
certainly sounded so on the radio. Every one I spoke to this morning was surprisingly confident of getting at least a point and so It turned out. I'm surevtheres more put on getting at teams home and away than there was early season. May be that bad run could be a longer term positive for us, making us be more proactive and finding out we are good enough to carry it off.
-
Had something happened beforehand though to lead on to it ?
-
It may be more the change in position than the punch but whatever, he's up there as one of our best players since the turn of the year.
-
It was more than getting tangled. Shelvey ran well out of his way to have a go at him. There was little in it in truth but the sort of thing milked by some players and many refs fall for it.

A decent CF in the summer and we’d currently be fighting for European football*, infuriating to say the least. *providing Southampton don’t win the FA Cup. We wouldn't like. We'd be comfortable though and not worrying about relegation the way we have recently. Burnley are 11 points ahead of us, if we had a proper PL CF we could easily have 10 more points on the board and fighting for that place. Burnley (h and a), Swansea (h), Everton (h), Leicester (h), Brighton (h and a), Bournemouth (h and a) - all games where a better CF in the team would have seen us have a higher points total. Burnley away wasn't really bad finishing as all round poor and negative play, as was Brighton away. Everton home was just bad luck, Swansea Home we didn't squander much. We kind of agree I just dont think we'd have been as high up. I don't think our squad is a s bad as some try to make out but we are desperately lacking in a very vital area. We had 17 shots in the Brighton away game, compared to their 7. We had plenty of chances to get something. Swansea we should have won, we missed plenty of decent chances. Burnley I’ll concede, but you could just replace that for Southampton away where we could have won if we had took one of our decent chances. Even 8-9 points more would have us fighting for 7th place - that’s turning 3 draws into wins and Everton or Leicester (h) around. Easily doable if we had a PL striker on our books. 17 shots maybe but I don't remember coming away from it thinking we deserved something from the game. Makes me think they weren't good chances.

Was there a nigggly issue before he chased a ball down and went out of his way to push one of their players on the back of the head ? (First half, minutes before he got kneed in the back to win a free kick ?) Just seemed petulent and I didn't see if he'd been provoked.
-
Totally. He had a poor game today but I'm not sure any other of our midfielders would have composed themselves enough to lay that off for the goal. He's played a huge part in our better form of late and hope he becomes permanent.

30mill ? Is that a one year loan ?
