I was reckoning Swansea to beat Boro and Palace having a harder run in would be the ones they'd be after so todays Chelsea result was a nice surprise.

Rafa doesn't cut his cloth according to his means in my eyes, he cuts it according to 4-2-3-1 and I'll be very happy if he gets players to suit it next season and for all he is meticulous in his preperation we always look so weak at the back to basic over the top balls or someone running from 30yds.

Perez seems to look better playing behind a target man but Diame has looked poor in most games when played as a 10. I caught a few mins of Radio Newcastle's sport thing and someone mentioned the idea of playing Ritchie in the 10 role, Atsu and Gouffran either side (if we HAVE TO PLAY 4-2-3-1).

He's been a bit "meh" for me on the whole. Yet to dominate from that position or even have an MotM performance nor has he had a shitter. He's got talent but he has to impose himself more and he should from the position he plays.

Us, Chelsea, Brighton, Huddersfield, Red Bull Liepzig, Bilbao...£20 pays £176 Us, Chelsea, Huddersield, Red Bull, Fulham all -1 £10 at 49/1.

If we get promoted we are looking at a new spine. Centre forward, no 10, Central midfielder, Centre half and a wide player (left or right depending on who we can get, quite happy for Ritchie to swap sides if needs be), that's minimum and to go straight into the first team.

Weren't we after him at some point? May have something to do with that. I think we went looking at him when at Forest but Jenas caught the eye instead.

I'm getting old. Watching Kluivert against Hasselbaink in the Dutch league. Son of Patrick and nephew of Jimmy Floyd.

aye, usually as insurance in play.

Depends on the team around them,

I've got a feeling Spurs to replace Kane. P S G.

If we have decent medical staff I'd let them decide.

25 points. So 6 points from safety,. They have winnable games but.............I'm not going to commit it to type in case I jinx it. They're screwed. Shhh man. Don't say it till it happens. We've been here before!

Can't buy the Moyes out of his depth stuff. He was OK in this depth for years.
-
Sky showed that. Arsenal know they aren't getting in the champs league, know Wengers leaving, the epitome of a team treading water.
-
They've got Boro, West ham (safe and wont give a fuck), Bournemouth (same), Hull (biggy), Swansea (last home game if they need a win)......just realised I've gave them 15 points and I don't think that'll be enough.......don't think they'll get them either, I was being nice.

I'm more confident of Boro going down than Sunderland. Which is a shame as I really don't give a shit about Boro.

He's regularly on it. Sartre ?

They were on 19 points after 28 games. How far away from safety ? I think they finished on 35 points and stayed up on goal difference of 3 or 4 goals. Edit, they did stay up on goal difference, Reading were -25 and Fulham were -22 but they were both on 36 points, not 35. Yeah but after 28 games what were the 17th placed team on ?
-
Got the sound off but I think it's Micky Gray on Channel 5 footy thing. Is he trying to look like Jean Paul Sartre ?

7 points from safety and with their remaining games ? Doable. I know they're cack and they are bottom for a reason but we've been here before, more than once when they've been even worse.

Just heard a chant in the Milan-Genoa game to the tune of "You're gonna get you're fucking heads kicked in". Love to know what they actually chanted.

Palace leading.
