Fucking hell, he has started 13/17 games (full 90 minutes 10 games in a row during the great run) for a team that's deservedly third at New Year's Eve and you say he's no where near PL quality.

Thought his shooting was good when he first broke through but it's been terrible for ages, really low on confidence in the final third for some reason.

He rarely gets up the wing and it's Joelinton and Willock who combine on the left. I think it's great idea from Howe and the main reason why we concede so little. Find the criticism of Burn as a LB a bit weird tbh.

Another good game on the wing, he's covering two spots in the squad now. Without bashing Wood, would be tempted to try the new Joe as an emergency striker if Wilson and Isak are both out, opens up a spot for ASM too in a game like this.

Think our xG against Palace was ~3 without the perfectly good disallowed goal, we absolutely battered them. Bournemouth was more iffy.

We created loads against Crystal Palace too and enough against Bournemouth. These games just happen.
