  1. I know it's wrong. But it just feels right. I think I'm going mad.
  2. Said it before, I'll say it again: take their press passes away.
  3. I'd fucking wet myself. Can't see it.

    Mark Hughes

I did agree with Gavin Peacock to an extent - Shearer and/or Keegan would get the confidence and the excitement going again, which is half the battle. Don't think they should be first choice by any means but I'd rather them than anyone else with a British passport.

great isnt it. i also love being told im happier losing 4-3. they havnt got a clue man. I'm really gonna have to start having a notepad when I watch TV. So let me get this straight: - We demand instant success - Want all out, champagne football - We want Shearer as manager - We'd rather lose 4-3 than win 1-0 - We'd rather win the FA Cup than the league Always had a shit defence.

We're still clamouring for Shearer. I love being told what I think.
  7. His strength is yet to be seen? Players were bouncing off him yesterday.

In the rules bit? I caught our name, what did it say? "Newcastle fans must always be under the impression that theirs is the biggest club in the world." Boring cliched fucking arseholes.

Anyone notice that pathetic snipe at us on MOTD2?
  10. Yep just look at this inspirational video... http://www.soccercircus.com/
  11. How easy it must be to slag off the fans who actually go and watch the dross every week.
  12. Impressive Wrexham - Swansea - Newcastle No doubt that he's got the Swans playing good stuff, the fans love him down here, but he is to them what Keegan was to us - former player makes glorious return as manager. Wrexham were no great shakes under him. He's never managed Wrexham.

    I've been robbed

I want to know why so many people think it was 6-1. Most people who mention it to me appear to believe that was the scoreline. Was I the only one left in the ground when Shola scored?
  14. Custis is a proper twat. I agree you wouldn't know he's a Newcastle fan from the amount of shit he stirs.
  15. It's not one or the other really though. As mentioned, Arsenal win plenty and Keegan would have too if he'd stayed on imo.
  16. Arsenal went through a whole season without losing a game. That's pretty clinical if you ask me. If Arsene had the money that the Chelsea managers had at their disposal, they would be unstoppable. The man is a total footballing genius.
  17. He's not asking for gratitude, he's addressing the people in the media who've slagged him off imo. There seems to be an article every day about him wanting to sell up or how he's a laughing stock for sitting with the fans. Funny how they don't have a go at the Glazers for saddling Man Utd with £400m worth of debt, or Shinawatra for performing executions on innocent people! Nah easier to have a go at that fat bloke sitting with the thick Geordies. What a bunch of cunts.
  18. yep top post, hopefully we can chalk down the allardyce and redknapp episodes to inexperience. what's important is that we move on from it. re the timing of allardyces sacking.........what was dubious or dodgy about it. could we really be any worse without a manager than we have been the last few months with a manager ? the only problem should be " should he have gone a week or two earlier?" Well, aye - he should have gone well before Xmas IMO...or otherwise they should have seen what giving him the full benefit of a transfer window could do...but what's done is done, and it's all probably for the best. I think he deserved those games against Wigan, Derby, Brum and Fulham to show his mettle. He failed. On the flip side, sack him post window, the new man hasn't got any time to buy and they also run the risk of the mongs on Fleet Street saying "they've sacked him because he got beat off Man Utd and Arsenal (twice)." The more I think about it, if they weren't going to keep him until the summer, this is the only time they could have done it.
  19. I really don't see why some people feel the need to be so cynical about a man who has already done a vast amount of good for NUFC (long term though it may be). This is a bloke who's made £1.6bn. Do some folk really think he's in this for the poxy few million he can (potentially, and only if we're bloody good) make out of Premiership football?
  20. I've never been sure of the financial implications of the debt he paid off, whether he just paid off loan debts for deals etc or whether he paid the lot off, including the mortgage on the stadium. He says there we don't owe anyone anything - if that's true and gate receipts will now go 100% into club coffers, that bodes fantastically well for the future. If you take a general rough estimate of, say, £28 per ticket, 52000 works out at about £1.5m per game. That's £27m over the season just for league games, without TV deals, sponsorship, the rest. Get the pending massive decision right and the future looks rosy, despite the current malaise.

Don't worry, MOTD didn't even show it.
  22. What did he say exactly Just said on MOTD that Shearer told him it's highly unlikely.
