  1. Fucking hell, never seen that bit about Man City before. Christ.

Well binning us in the first place to go to Q.P.R for the money, then basically since he's joined, he's not stopped saying he wants to join a Champions League team, and then he pulled out of the last game and was rather lacklustre in the couple before that, obviously so he didn't get injured. While they're not massive things imo, you can see why it would upset some. Personally i think that's the modern footballer, some hate to accept that (me included) but that's what footballers are now, selfish, self obsessed, couldn't care less about their own fans, vain, full of themselves bunch of overpaid arseholes. Modern football, isn't it great. Not sure it's any more true of footballers than the rest of humanity. Newcastle United will naturally attract more players like that because of what we are - that's how we sell the club to them - "use us as a stepping stone and as long as you've got 40 points, we don't care if you don't bother your arse". Having a go at the players about it is really picking the wrong target. Tbf the rest of humanity aren't paid millions and don't have 50,000 fans coming to watch them work, and paying for the privilage. But I blame Pardew 100% for the lack of effort and giving up in January, and i'll never accept that it's Ashley fault that we have played shit football. My post was just trying to explain why some might be upset with Remy, not that bothered myself, but i do believe what i said about the modern footballer. A complete irrelevance. Some people will stack shelves like their lives depend on it while some people who have genuinely important jobs are complete lazy arses and couldn't really give a toss. You can't change the nature of humans by giving them loads of money - in fact, that's the exact opposite of what you should do if you want somebody to work hard. That's why it's ten times as important as a normal organisation that you create something within the football club that money can't buy - some sort of ambition for sporting success. We don't just fail to encourage that, we actively discourage it.

That's silly. Any employee, when told by their boss, "actually we don't give much of a toss if you do the job properly or not. In actual fact we'd prefer it if you didn't, in case you do too well and we need to hire some more staff" is going to take the attitude that the players have. That's the danger we face by not preparing to operate like a sporting institution. What mess are you talking about btw?

  5. He's the manager and he actively takes the piss out of NUFC and the supporters on a regular basis. This is why I can't get away with people saying they feel sorry for him or that he doesn't deserve abuse. What he deserves would see an average person serve time for. He's a vindictive cunt who hates Newcastle United.
  6. I suspect he thinks all that shit is funny. As long as he's got his cushy job, he's fucking delighted.
  7. Hope he gets bubonic plague, the horrible cunt.
  8. Mustn't have been able to attract any recently sacked League One managers.
  9. I've covered myself all on 365. £50 on <3.5 goals in the first half @ 1/100 £1.95 >3.5 goals in the first half @ 25/1 Try not to make a habit of it when doing their offers. If they spot what your doing they can ban you and stop you from getting these offers. Says something about it in their terms and conditions. People have done it before and got away with it but always safer to use your cover bet with another bookie. Cheers, noted. Got it all back with no bother. Put my £50 on at half time. On 1-0 Atletico.
  10. Olivier Bernard's agent too? Bet he's run off his feet with that.
  11. I've covered myself all on 365. £50 on <3.5 goals in the first half @ 1/100 £1.95 >3.5 goals in the first half @ 25/1
  12. Duh, my missus has just explained it to me.
  13. Got it, but how does the £1.63 cover your potential losses?
  14. I've done £50 on over 0.5 goals, then backed no goalscorer on Betfair sportsbook to cover it, which can also be refunded if the game ends in a draw. (Worse case scenario, lose £1.63) Once the match starts place another £50 bet on anything you like,if it loses, they will refund you after the game. How do you do this? I can only find odds of 7/1 on no goalscorer on Betfair Sportsbook, same as 365. I don't really understand how Betfair works though.
  15. That was always coming, every situation that Derby wasted made it more and more likely. Clubs like that always manage to fucking fluke it, like Allardyce did having been absolute toss. Cunts.
  16. Very good decision imo. Goalscoring opportunity despite the presence of other defenders.
  17. Be a bloody travesty if Derby don't win this.
  18. At least Gouffran's not on the list. That's a relief.
  19. Completely beyond me why Graham Carr is prepared to stand idly by while Pardew makes him look like a clueless twat.

Very good player but I'd rather have Ba of the two.

    Operation Yewtree?
  22. No place for this sort of thing in football. Arsehole.
  23. Allardyce has never been relegated from the premier, and while he'll never achieve much above survival, that's worth plenty for a club with limited ambition as we should know by now. basically they're terrified by another relegation before they go into the Olympic stadium and can sell off upton park pocket the cash and sell the club for a nice profit. What I don't get is how the media absolved Allerdyce from blame for getting them in relegation trouble to begin with, he was the one who choose to put all his eggs in the Andy Carroll basket and not have any backup striker worth a damn spending more money on Stewart Downing instead of a better not to mention go crawling back to a guy who they released at the end of the previous season after not being deemed good enough then. And shock of shocks the player who he bet everything on, built his team to hoof at but has a patchy injury record lately picks up an injury and misses half the season. and he was hardly awe inspiring when he did play. Thats all Fat Sams fault but you'd swear he was just handed that situation and had nothing to do with it judging by the medias view of it and how dare the West Ham fans not bow and scrape before Sam Allardyce, how dare the fans want the team to play something resembling football. Ugh the media is just depressing. Can't believe you've got the nerve to post this.
