Nothing quite matches up to when they sent a new free season ticket to my Grandma, despite the fact she's never had a season ticket and hadn't been to SJP for about 25 years. They also sent me two separate cup semi final tickets when they got thoroughly confused by us playing Man Utd twice in a week. You'd think they'd have prepared for applications for two separate games against Man Utd, but no, too confusing.
