FA Cup Third Round: sunderland (A) 06/01/24 @ 12:45 - Live on ITV

There's nothing like a derby day and for it to be a cup game, gives it a bit extra. Last time we pulled them in any cup was I think 78-79 (League Cup) - was only 5 then, so it will be a new experience for me as it will many others. Build up to this one will be incredible - just sit back and enjoy the ride until derby day! Eddie will have to go at this one full tilt - no resting players, etc. -

Helluva draw for both clubs Northumbria Police currently collectively shitting their pants. -
I wish him a full and speedy recovery. It looked really bad.

As said before, to think this lad couldn't get a game for Steve Bruce's Newcastle side. Currently, he's one of the best DC's in the PL - just oozes class and was majestic again tonight. -
I must admit, I wasn't that arsed when news came out that we were after and subsequently bought him. However, he's been terrific this season and has become an integral part to Eddie's team. Another young lad, who has all the world ahead of him if he keeps on working hard.

Got a weird feeling about this one tonight - Man United have not been playing well, but getting results. Will their luck continue to hold out? I hope not, obvs! -
