Huff and puff today, but we look short of ideas, confidence, fitness and belief. Clearly some of these are having to play with knocks, others are out of form and having to play out of necessity. Not much we can do other than keep going and hopefully we'll get some new bodies in, in the New Year. It's also worth noting that Luton have always been a bogey team, during my life time. Especially when they had their old plastic pitch.

They look as if they've wanted it more from the off, and that's really disappointing. Away form (injuries or not) is a real concern.

We look really out of form.

If Newcastle went to join these greedy cunts - it would be me done as well. Let the likes of Barca, Real, Juve, Man United, Liverpool, Chelsea, PSG fuck off to do their own thing. Newcastle stay put.

New target for the bell-end boo boys then, eh? Shameful. Trips will be fine - he needs some time out and a rest.

Just reading Football 365 this morning - they seem to be doing their best to push for Eddie to get the sack. Mind, they have been for a few months - touting Mourinho to get the job. -

Also - shite from Sky tonight. Comms said that the ref had a good game (he didn't!) and also, why again is ex Sunderland player Don Goodman commentating on a Newcastle game? The bloke was almost willing a Chelsea equalizer. -
Lad needs a rest. He's had a tough few weeks.

We battled hard, but it’ just wasn’t to be. We didn’t get much luck in the CL and now to his. Just got to keep pushing on. ? Feel sorry for Trips - he’s had a tough few weeks. -

Playing well, despite the lack of possession. Look really well organized. Ref shocking - Chelsea players getting away with 2 stamps. Cunts. -

Hope we give it a good shot tonight, but I feel it will be another game too far. Will see. -
Cuggy didn't do a good job a Blyth. However, i wish him and the other coaches good luck. I'd imagine they will be having to get a new side on what amounts to a NA budget. :-/

News from North Shields;

I doubt we will see another Andy Cole at Newcastle, in our lifetime. His spell here was genuinely a one off and something truly special.

Why the hell has Paully been dragged into that - just because he's from Hebburn? Absolutely mentalists.

Awful game.

You can be sure Liverpool won't be this bad when we go to theirs in 2 weeks time.

Good win yesterday - I thought it was going to be one of 'those' games against 10men, after the first half. But 2nd - tempo lifted, thanks to Bruno's prompting from midfield. Really pleased for young Lewis Miley getting his first goal. He clearly has a massive future ahead of him, if he works hard and keeps his head down. -
What has happened to the cash that the club banked via the appeal for ground renovations, last year? Also worth noting that a new chairman was installed a couple of weeks ago......
