I think they'll keep on investing in youngsters - even it it means relegation at the end of the season. Re-sale value and having a good enough team to come straight back up from the Championship. Has to be their model, IMO - same as other promoted sides.

They've done well to get that much, IMO. Going to have to invest wisely, which is a big ask.
