    Obafemi Martins

Think Martins' heart and commitment was very much injury prone this season.
  2. Such as? Their location. even Chelsea have London and the weather. Seems to be huge factors for big foreign stars such as Benzema, Kaka, Ronaldo & Ribery, all of which have made comments on the English weather or living style.

    RIP sale thread.

He's 71. Knowing us he'll have a heart attack as he's putting pen to paper. As long as he leaves his $7b wealth to the club in his will, I'm sure we'll cope 7 billion dollars!!!
  4. Hope he breaks both legs in a pre season friendly, no doubt he'll have an injury free season and score 20+ prem goals the little cunt.

    RIP sale thread.

How could Lambarse show people around a club ground and training complex that's he's only visited 3 times in the last year?

    Players in public

Steve Watson was in the Townhouse in Whitley the other night, Friday i think it was. Smelt fuking amazing, couldn't really ask what he was wearing though.
  7. A certain money maker for the club.
  8. Can understand his frustration.
  9. Madrid will catch up with the players they've got. Barca still have an amazing team but Madrid's team is going to give all competitions a good go with the talent they've bought and i'm not sure its going to stop there. Surely a LB now and they've got an amazing defence as well? ------------------Casillas-------------- S. Ramos--Pepe-R. Albiol--Heinze ----------one of the Diarra's-------- Saying that Heinze isn't too shabby, and all that before putting out which Kaka/Ronaldo/Sneijder/Robben/Gago/VdV/Higuain/Raul/Huntelaar/RVN/Benzema and possibly Ribery (has Villa signed yet?) combo in attack Players that didn't even make any of that squad thoughts include Metzelder/Marcelo/RDLR/Guti/Drenthe. Just don't know how Barca are going to fight off that challenge, its going to be tough for them, but i hope they do it.

    Peter Løvenkrands

i'd rather give Garry Glitter a position coaching the youth team than keep Shola Ameobi Understandable considering your position on Michael Jackson.

    Peter Løvenkrands

He's been touting himself about for the last several weeks to the media about wanting a move to a prem club etc...he was never going to be kept on. I'm impressed we sent him a letter.
  12. Noticed too. The NE5 thing was a classy moment. There's a bit out of time with the 1st clip of the women crying, runs too fast through. Apart from that, good effort.

    NEWCASTLE UNITED

Better than that WE WILL BE DEFEATED. thread that was knocking about a few weeks ago.
  14. Just think the immense pressure to fill Ronaldo's boots straight after he leaves would be too much for 99.999% of players to cope with. Valencia is on a hiding to nothing. Personally i think he's of top 4 quality, much better than Fletcher and Park.
  15. Well if it is FFS by himself and we fail to get out of the CCC after a year at least when we go under we'll take him with us.
  16. 'Ambition' seems a key word here and a main reason why people are willing to contemplate FFS's return; something NE5 used very regularly and got laughed off the forums for and now its the buzz word, the justification. Strange the way things turn out.
  17. Probably make a better defensive mid than a defender. Not fast enough for the fullback positions and too light for the central positions, but his all roundness could make him half decent in a role a bit more forward than what we've played him in. Better option than Nicky Butt anyway.
  18. might do. he was lucky to have ashley as a get out last time. the thing is,has fred learned from lastr time ? I hope so, but backing the Owen transfer recently suggests he hasn't learned a thing and isn't ready to admit his mistakes. he'd never admit he was wrong,i'm not even sure the owen deal was wrong although it has turned out that way. however not admitting he was wrong is different to knowing he was wrong (it's a very female trait actually) His cop out was 'hindsight' but in the end of the day you need some kind of forward thinking if you are going to plan for the future. I hope he's not full of quick fixes and ways to fleece money off us so he can own a bigger % of the club.

  20. Unfortunately true. At least Shepherd knows the ins and outs of the club, it should stop him making too many critical errors like Ashley; long term though he's certainly not the answer. Can't believe i'm looking at a bright side on this news, that's how FUBAR the situation is right now.
