  1. Well, a manager's past performance and record could suggest how able they are to turn it round. But there's nothing concrete I admit. But their last year of managerial experience doesn't count if its bad.
  2. And that'll get him the sack anyway iyam. EVERYBODY'S 'APPY! Not really, another year wasted, several million no doubt wasted.
  3. What 5 months? Sorry for narrowing it down like. Why not pick a five months when he was doing well? Makes no sense. Its the last year of his managerial career, and its not going too well is it. Calendar year. Luckily football seasons don't tally. Lucky for Sam. So you admit it means nothing then? Seeing as nobody looks at it that way. Who says it means nothing simply because is calender and not season? It shows a manager out or sorts over a period of the last year. Do we have to wait until May for that to register amongst people?

  7. Yeah, he proved that at Bolton didn't he? Souness won things, means jack s*** doesn't it? Sam has performed CONSISTENTLY with Bolton and in the premier league. There's a difference. What was his record in 2007? Was it good? I seem to remember Bolton finishing 7th? Yeah that's pretty good. What's his record in 2007, please tell me.
  8. Wow, you're such a comedian, now do you mind answering my question: What is there to be gained by sacking Sam? Because he's not got it in him to turn it around, and we might as well end it now than be lead further down the wrong path. If the board were serious about keeping him they'll be bringing in some decent players to help him out instead of leaving him to lose even more support from the fans every game. How the hell do you know that? There's no evidence at all to suggest it. mackems.gif mackems.gif mackems.gif Alright mate, you've got me, no evidence whatsoever SA is struggling and he won't turn it around. Jesus fuking christ man, give yourself a slap eh
  9. Just what we need, a defender than cannot defend. Better defender than N'Zogbia though right? Right now we don't have too many other choices as Sam is obviously going to be looking for prem experience. Is he? I'd say he's more experienced, give Zoggy 2 more years at LB and he'll eclipse anything Riise can do currently. Nothing player in terms of defending, great in a certain formation, i personally wouldn't touch him, not after spend a silly amount on Enrique, i'd rather tough it out with him and break the fuker into the league whether he likes is or not.

Its funny he leaves and were still leaking as many goals. Good on him, hope he fuking loved the look on every stupid mong scouser face when he put it in the back of the net.
  14. Yeah, he proved that at Bolton didn't he? Souness won things, means jack shit doesn't it?
  15. I'm serious, keep him, great manager, buys professional, talented, injury free players and plays fantastic attacking, winning football. He's great at his job, he knows it, just ask him, he's a top man in his profession, can't get a better recommendation than that.
  16. Sam is shit enough to get us relegated, and the team is lacking enough to gladly oblige, but i think the early points would see us realistically stay away from the coming dog fight.
  17. Yes lets keep Sam, he's doing a great job, the players are confident in him as are the fans and the board...Champions League here we come!
  18. More interestingly, are they going to let him out tomorrow? Hope not. The longer he's left in there to rot the better. He won't be getting paid, and the animal is caged, which is exactly where he belongs.
  19. At least were playing well and getting beat, small steps is what people wanted, one day we'll actually snatch a draw.
  20. Cheap bastards, nowt like selling your soul.
  21. And this would be based on what exactly? The fact that the formations and tactics are s***, our style of play is s*** and well.. we, in general, are s***. And Shearer is super tactical genius. We know that for a fact. Yep he wins on FM quite a lot.
  22. 10/10 for obsession. Between you and Kev you know more about the whereabouts of players than most managers.
