    NUFC Transfer Rumours

I do like Gnonto for Leeds, but probably too right footed for Howe. He's maturing and making better decisions whilst has all the physical attributes you need for that role.
  3. Maybe something in between? The players will down tools and see him out the door if he doesn't get them on side, especially if they are against the formation change. Like it or not he has to get this group of players working until probably the summer where big changes can take place.
  4. He's a better player than pope, pop thr better keeper, but he's not a big enough leap in quality to change. He's another one swallowed up by the pressure of the club, somewhere else and he's less prone to error Imo.
  5. It all depends on the price and wage. At the right numbers I'd certainly look at Maguire for some cover at the back. I'd even look at Zirkzee for half the price they paid. Onana is an upgrade on what we've got, but as a starter i'd want better, whereas the other 2 are competition for places (and cover)
  6. BBC putting articles together to explain what relegation is to Manure customers. 😂 Zero chance, unless there's a points deduction waiting for them, which could be the case and why Amorin is talking like he is.
  7. It's true as well. You can't think of another team which can rival that observation.
  8. 'I'm not done yet - but I don't want to fight relegation' - Moyes ruling himself out of a return to Old Trafford.
  9. Ruben Amorim is averaging 0.88 points per game as Man Utd manager, across the 27 games he'll have this season that would give them a points tally at the end of 39. The average points to stay up in the Premier League since 1995-96 is 38, meaning they will in terms of current form stay up (just). According to Opta predictions, they predict Manchester United will finish on 50.2 points and in 12th place.
  10. Dobey got lucky. Can't play like that again or he's out. Anyway, back to how it's going at manure... Great isn't it? 😂
  11. The lack of tactical flexibility is down to his inexperience. It's not that he doesn't want to, he doesn't know how to play any other way. He's used plan a and it's worked so that's that. He's creating a ceiling for himself and ultimately he'll not be a top manager because of it. Football moves on and can do so quite quickly. If you're not prepared to adapt, prepare to die. Beyond his tactical limitations he's worse than Moyes for being dour, and has seemingly fallen out with half his squad. He maybe speaks too much truth, but that isn't good. We've seen how diplomatic Howe is and what is needed to navigate the English press. The job is far too big for him. It's a job which only a select few can handle, and he isn't one of them. Add bonus on all this is Ashworth saw the problems and was made to leave because they couldn't take the criticism. Glorious situation they've got themselves in.
  12. Indian summer, feels like his form ends it here for all our keepers.
  13. My son learned at least 5 new swear words tonight, and it was in the 1st 30mins.
  14. Some balls on you. Its why we love you and don;t lump you in with the rest. Any more considerations of doing a @Mike?
  15. I've got Manure 11/10 next goal at £20. They are fucked.
