It's been a really difficult year since for me and my relationship with football. I don't think that high will ever be matched, tbh, even outside of football I doubt I'll have another day in my life as good as that one. With that, I feel like whatever comes next is a bit pointless as it won't hit the same spot, and whst I thought would be the moment I really fell in love with football again (after Ashley) has spun me the opposite way and actually has me caring very little. Only real burst of emotion was barca getting that pen last week. I hadn't been that angry in years (although it was one, no denying that) so maybe there's a flicker there. Win the next 2 and maybe something sparks. Anyway. Best day of my life (sorry kids) and can die knowing I saw up win something.

He certainly won't just gift it to them, but I think he'd love to give a few more some time, judt every game is a must win, and has been most of the season, that he finds it hard to rotate at the best of times, nevermind take a risk on youth. We'll probably still somehow draw citeh away in the conference league, and fuck that thought. 😂 I'd see conference league as a win this season. If be delighted with it as we would add another trophy to the cabinet and secure europa season after. I'd be even more pleased w9th europa straight away, but we probably wouldn't win it as it still has tough opponents in at and we'd no doubt grt them all.

We had minutes from neave, Murphy and shahar in the CL. You'd expect starts for them, plus subs for players we've not seen yet. Doesn't have to be fully kitted out youth sides. We'd have seen more of them in the domestic cups if the balls weren't warmed before the draws. Be great to know we can bring on a young FB with 20mins to go as hall or tino are getting tired. The balance of the squad is not there, and this is one way to address it imo.

I'm up for any European competition. We'd be favourite for the conference and one of for europa. Squad rotation, natural progression for youth. It's all good. Only thing that isn't is the money, but money isn't a massive issue now. Recruitment is. Can't keep putting all our eggs in expensive baskets. Need to spread it about a bit. Take some gambles abroad. Only replace with big fees if we lose players with big fees.

I'm the most depr3ssed, beaten, negative fucker on here, and we're winning this. Going to be a massive performance from us. Crowd is going to be amazing and on them. They'll crumble.

Not many clubs outside of the league will be able to afford our best players, so if they want to move on it's going to be likely to a division rival. He's a great player for us, though hes been average for a few months now, but like others have said, not sure he makes the difference in teams like citeh.

Hope Chelsea get fined. He's standing exactly where he should be.
