I'd probably keep him until the end of the season (unless we're in a relegation fight), but I wouldn't be allowing him any say on transfers. I'd also be moving on some of his favourites who he has far too much faith in. It's totally undermining his postion, and probably kinder to sack him, but I'd be hoping he sees the limitations in himself and the new players show him something different. If he doesn't, then he's not the right man and the summer we part ways. Whatever happens, he doesn't get to oversee a 3rd season of shite. He's now been either average or below for as long as he's been brilliant.
