Great signing if it comes off and he doesn’t break down injured a few games in. Don’t think we’d be against signing both in the summer and selling Dummet. Also, we’ve 3 on the other side all in the same position. I also think Ritchie will be gone.

Dubravka style loan. Big upfront fee for 6 months with option to make permanent should he be able to step up. Arsenal paying £4m to take a closer look at him, then another 8 should he be worth it. Should be more of these types of loans. Imagine we did that with Saviet, de Jong, rivière etc...

In terms of sponsorship we've done all we can to promote his brand. There isn't a person in the country who doesn't know what sports direct is, there is little gain from it unless he's opening stores in other countries, but he seems more focused on home turf and conquering the high Street. So we've used and abused, drained of everything good and all that's left is a shell, if we're to make a bigger impact we need funding which hell not provide so £350m covers his purchase, his loans, around £100m profit and a decade of free advertising which changed SD in to a monster. He's got a lot out of this and could easily lose it all at this point should he say no, bring no one in, ill feeling multiply sending the club on a bad run to the championship. Only this time no fan support and no manager worth a damn to rescue him. That's the fine line, honestly he'd be mad not to sell, and this is what the message to him should have been from the fans group. Fucking amateurs.

Funnily enough I was thinking the same. I miss Evans cycles.

Should we start a large WhatsApp group in case this does go through? I give it all of 30 seconds before the server keels over and 3 days before it recovers.
-
No, it's a joint statement by various fan groups. It’s not the best. I just don’t see the point in antagonising him, and the last line does exactly that.
-
I’m quite sure lives were ruined, if not lost due to the practices of that company.
-
Did it say how much he was sold for? Was around £16-17m. Bargain. not so much when its essentially £16-17m for 6 months since they could have gotten him for free in the summer Then it's just £16m on player and agent fees in the summer against a lot more competition. It's also essentialy £16m to secure the player in the Peak of his career for the duration of the contract.

The other parties line is pretty much the end of this one.

What if this venture actually helps loosen some of those laws and pulls SA more in line with the western world?
-
That’ll be why it’s 90% done, ffs Hopefully he just gets an offer he can’t refuse.
-
I think he knows it’s best to stay out of it, hiding to nothing to comment before any of the parties involved comment. While others guess, make tits of themselves or possibly get close and jeopardise the deal, he keeps out of it and see how it develops.

Basically we’re at the point where the two parties are pushing each other but neither have the balls to throw the first punch.

Solid gold lift. Donate our old one to the mackems

Fingers crossed Ashley pushes the Prince too far.

£150k striker they got all excited about has gone to another club, scored and assisted on his debut. Reason he didn’t sign for them because...Donald wouldn’t pay the £150k asking price. Meltdown

He’s milked the club dry, he’s lucky Bruce has been a lucky cunt this season or it would be another relegation on the cards, and this time we wouldn’t bounce back as the fans would have no appetite for it. If things do equal themselves out, next season the club is relegated Anyway, so it’s just delaying the inevitable, allowing further rot to set in just like the mackems did. He walked away now with £100m cash in pocket and same again on free advertising. Not bad for how shit he’s been.

Ut usually means desperation tactics by one of parties, and that usually means there isn't a deal in place. The buyer to try and grt fans onside and apply pressure, the ahem, seller, to flush out other parties. Not always the case mind. If it's a genuine leak, ie some cunt got word rather than planned, then it doesn't make a difference. So which one is this?
-
Who knows, another club then probably not. Us? aye, without a doubt.
-
We need to hear an offer has been submitted before even thinking twice about this story. If we ever get to an accepted offer state then it might just happen. Even then there’s still loads of hurdles. Btw those asking why all so many parties, you think the prince fella may have issues passing the fit, proper cunts test with his profile on human rights? The brothers are property developers, they’ll have their eyes on the ground and surroundings. So.llyes I’ve just thought twice about it, ffs. Agh!
-
I don't know how you dare tbh.

For me he’s a player that Brighton likes to collect. Seem to have 3-4 of them in the same position, none of them good enough and interchangeable. Meh.

To me a £40M player should score that 1 in 2 chance. 5-10 years ago a £40m player does.
