Better from him today. Think Andersons bite helps him out a bit.
-
More like it. Good chance we could win our last 6 games as well, put some pressure on 4th & 5th. Make them work for it.
-
Best performance in months. Set up a quality weekend. Cheers lads.

Last 70mins longer than last time. #progress.
-
Fucking murdered them.
-
Aye, fuck off, Dan.
-
Buzzing 1st half. Call me a sentimental old fool but those kids reaction to the deaf shirts made those goals even more special.
-
Want an Anderson goal please
-
Definitely the best I've seen us play in 24
-
For me, we keep this up and considering the opposition it's the best I've seen us play in 2024 (well very close bit can't think of anything standing out)
-
Excellent 1st 11mins considering the line up.
-
Potential weekend ruiner, that line up at the back. Snap you hands off for a draw.
-
Any chance we see him today? Apparently one of our long term injuries is real close and might make an appearance. If any, i'd pick Pope, next would be Jo.
-
Fuck you, daft cunt.
-
So at some point he's a liar. Mint.

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has opened up on the fee and the sell-on clauses which delivered Ivan Toney to London Road from Newcastle United in August, 2018. “Newcastle didn’t want to sell Ivan Toney to us, they wanted him to move on loan,” MacAnthony said. “But we don’t loan strikers so we invited Newcastle to share in Ivan’s future success with a sell-on fee. "They agreed and they wanted 50% of any future transfer profit. That was never going to happen as we were paying a fee for Ivan as well, so we settled on 30%. We paid Newcastle a transfer fee of £350k spread over three years. "We have received £10 million so far from Brentford and we will receive X amount – I’m not allowed to say the number – of any future profit and Newcastle will receive 30% of what we get from us. We earn money every time Ivan moves and so do Newcastle. That’s how these deals are structured and I’m all for it. It’s like a chain reaction and it’s the best thing.

Well that's the normal process, unless Peterborough did something weird and sold their own sell-on clause to us so they got the entire amount at the time. £8m he went for. We were to get 25% and £2m, or nothing then and they got the full amount thinking that's a good deal and miles away from making £2m more on a resale. A gamble we could afford, the instant cash would mean more to them. Just guessing like. Only way I could see that happening.

Last year, come back hasn't been explosive and Brentford aren't doing very well at all. Minus the sale of Wilson (or swap) and remove that & clause we apparently still have (not sure how true) but that could be £30m for us, and a really good competition for Isak.

Even more gutted about Everton equaliser now. Should be 6th.

Think he's more a wingback than a fullback, he doesn't mind the space behind him enough. Few more games though and it might click. He's lucky he has Burn in support of him, covering a role he's been playing for 18 months. Might even still be a mid, covering the back or the left of a 3. However Burn must play centrally for the rest of the season, and unless Targett gets fit then Hall has to play the position, and with it we're going to have to take the hits when he strays out of position or doesn't react to recover whilst he learns , with hope Burn has him covered. Felt like Fulham targeted the position yesterday, especially 1st half.

Get him on the bench instead of 2 keepers
