  1. Complete Fucking Balls, which is also my usual response to an Alan Oliver story.
  2. There's been an echo on this forum at times today, I tells ya! I just want everyone to know that I was ITK when he's revealed.
  3. Christ. We'll get walloped about 5-0, unless Lippi is in place before then.
  4. I can't see Redknapp leaving. He fat, old and Cockney. There's no way he's leaving his comfy life on the south coast to put up with the shitstorm of life at Newcastle.
  5. He made a pass at Chris Mort, apparently.
  6. But if there weren't cofident of getting a new man in, why would they give him the boot?
  7. It's Benitez, man. Straight swap for Allardyce.
  8. It's Benitez. Just for Parky.
  9. 'SSN understands' = load of shit. Probably Fabio Capello, ffs.
  10. Is it fuck, tbh. There is more to this than meets the eye, of that I'm sure.
  11. I'm absolutely amazed, tbh.
  12. Aye, then he normally goes to Chelsea.
  13. Where is Carr anyway? Is he even fit?
  14. Sounds like some mythological creature who destroys villages. No thanks.
  15. Defoe, that's about it.
  16. I think people are just excited by the prospect of a player who can actually pass the ball to a team-mate once in a while.
  17. Agreeing with Adrian Durham? Embarrassed for you Even a ginger cock is right twice a day. FYP
  18. Surely not? Scott Parker was fucking rubbish man, absolutely woeful... he looks better with every passing game to me. I liked the bloke. I've no idea what this post means, Janitornater.
  19. Arsène Wenger said: “Lassana is a multi-functional player, making him a great addition to our squad. Not only is he hard working, he has a creative edge and is comfortable playing in the middle of the pitch or at right back.” Makes him sound like Geremi Mk II.
  20. Just heard this on't radio. Would be a smashing signing if we can pull it off. Any chance of Ashley offering him a couple of mill signing on fee?
  21. OK granted you can't refer to that which you did not experience. Put another way, think about the eighty odd football league teams (and their fans) who would love to have what NUFC has. Or even another way, think about our closest rivals in the "city" ten miles down the road. Do we still have a lot to complain and moan about ? There is no doubt that they would all love to be where we are right now. But that suggests we should rest on our laurels, happy to simply be in the top division every year. Happy to be above loads of other teams. Where I personally (and I'm sure many others) get so disillusioned is when I think about where we could be, with this stadium, these facilities, this ridiculously loyal fanbase etc etc. And before anyone points it out, I know the previous board helped us to get to that status. It's a terrible cliché, but we're the classic example of a sleeping giant. A 'could do better'. I don't see the issue with wanting the best. Of course there are loads of knee-jerking mongs (on the forums and at SJP), but who takes notice of them? I certainly don't. On a side-note, that's what wor lass calls me chopper.
