I'd be pretty happy with Harrison/Gordon and Hudson-Odoi tbh. Think we are about a year away from the likes of Asensio and Diaby happening. Could have said the same about Botman and Bruno though.

Think its either/or on Asensio and Diaby but likely neither! Seems like Ekitike or Broja. However with the amount of links the past couple of days for wingers, left ones at that, maybe we want two new wingers or we were considering Ekitike as more of a winger than striker. Just nice to be linked with so many players and likely a whole host more to come we dont know about.

Predominantly a RW but can play LW or AM. Tbh I confused him with Carrasco who we have also been linked with. He is a LW that can also play RW

Hasn't he "apparently" turned down Liverpool because he wants to go to AC Milan? More likely we are getting linked to him from the Italian press so Milan can get one back over us. Asensio would smash our wage structure and be a bit of a marquee player but doubt we are interested at this point. Guess you never know.. but we pretty much know.

Could likely get Gordon and CHO for a similar price to what Leverkusen are wanting for Diaby. I have been holding off watching Diaby videos but can't lie, I am all in on hoping we get him just from the hype here. CHO and Gordon both seem like great investments provided we don't pay too much. Could see CHO on a loan to buy too.

Chelsea turning to Cornet with Raphinha holding out for Barca. Maybe an outside possibility he stays at Leeds.. or we could try later in the window. Barca can't structure a deal at the moment. It will probably get pushed through on deadline day.

Bayer Leverkusen will be in no rush and will likely sit on whatever pricetag they think they can get for Diaby. There will be lots of clubs interested. Just depends who is willing to spend more than we will. I'm imagining not many if any. That's what we will hope for at least. Seems a bit like Botman, he must be interested but it's likely not his first choice move if someone like PSG make a move, as rumored.

While the jury is obviously out we saw improvement from Willock, Longstaff and Shelvey by seasons end. You can see why Howe is optimistic he can use all three. He did however talk about having to be ruthless. If we have the room and budget, replacing one of those with a quality CM should still happen. We need that RW and Striker though first. January seems more realistic. Jan/next summer: CM, RCB, another striker, Trippiers successor. Potential 2nd LB if Lewis doesn't improve. Wing improvements.

Yep. If we get the striker and winger we want, then a CM.. and shift the fringe players I could see us looking at a loan/purchase if something decent pops up. Have to be looking for someone young I think. So next summer most likely.

Linked with Ake again. Like London busses these LCB's. Can Ake play RCB? Lol. Think we are fine until January or next summer with Botman, Burn, Schar, Lascelles and Fernandez. Think we will get another young CB that can play RCB (Maybe Badiashile, down the line)

Broja to Everton would make some sense having lost Richarlison. A loan would work for their lack of FFP room. I would imagine he is not our top target if we aren't also moving for him though. Could also mean DCL is on his way as Broja is more similar to DCL than Richarlison. If Dominic wants to leave they will probably cash in and look at another bigger money striker to accompany Broja. Seems unlikely they would let both go this summer though.

Agree on that, in time. I think weighing him down with that type of responsibility will be a detriment like it has been with lascelles. He needs to continue to settle here and grow without the pressures of captaincy.
