Get both and I am happy, despite neither being the winger/striker type we need. End up with aliadiere and i will bleed myself dead through blood tears.

You only had myself to blame. I added him to the Newcastle team on FIFA against my better judgement. Never should have done it.

Absolute farce this.. Sick to the stomach. Doubt we have a decent back up option.

How is this possible? Fuck off ssn
  5. Sign M'Vila now then pre-contract for Sissokho for the summer.
  6. Is he a guaranteed starter here? He bloody should be because he offers more than anything we have in a box to box midfielder. However would he be given the pardew bedding in treatment when he will get nailed down starting and probably a better wage with the scum because they are desperate? Fingers crossed if it's between us and them he sees it as the no brainer decision that it is. Sissokho aside it is interesting that the star say we still want one more forward in addition to a defender. For 3/4 players pardew mentioned a cb, cm, remy would make up 3 with aubemayeng the possible fourth? I know we are linked with a couple of LB's but I think we are covered there for now with santon, Anita, Simpson, perch and raylor. Could certainly be better but I think Anita is strong backup for santon if we need him
  7. Both Carver and Pardew were defenders right? We could do with adding another attacking coach. Apparently we could do with someone that understands creating and implementing tactics, especially being able to adapt tactics during a game. I'd disagree like the others that it is jobs for the boys though, a wise PR move maybe also as mentioned.

Fair play. Martins speed chasing and closing down was scary.

Surely obafemi was quicker than Bellamy, close call though. Never seen anyone as quick as martins.
  10. Was just about to post the same. We have to be certain that they can adapt and fit in with our existing squad.

Almost scuppered his move to marseille didn't it. I don't think it will stop the move, but it is a concern like Ba's knee.

This. Sissokho or M'Vila would be class. Looks like we have enquired about both. If Mbwia is interested he surely makes perfect sense. Captain material, can play all across the back and would cost the same if not less than bloody Tompkins.

Proper excited by this but trying to keep grounded until this is announced. Long way to go. Still need another striker but we could probably limp to the end of the season with what we have.
  14. Sell Tiote and get both? Poor Tiotes.... But definitely!
  15. Do we want Sissokho or M'Vila? I we get Remy I actually believe one of them will come here. M'Vila seems the better player alround but if 3.5m is true that is a snip for sissokho. Desperately need a decent cb regardless of Colo staying/leaving. Youngling won't do unless they can fit in immediately. They don't need that kind of pressure either.

Still very cautious on this one, great news though. Down to the club employees to woo him now. (hopefully not just in a ric flair way)

Feck me the deal has been agreed for the past two weeks. Prize the fat mans fingers off the pile of money he is clasped to and give them the money already.

Leading the race but we have stitch from eating too much before we started.
  19. On the upside when Saylor comes back we will cut the number of long balls in half. Now just to convince Krul.
  20. On one occassion, However we invite far more pressure by hoofing and heading without thinking or playing backwards instead of pushing forward. I'd rather we showed some intent and risked getting caught on the break than what I witnessed today.
  21. Something is terribly wrong when our players are too scared to lose possession "giving it a go" and attacking but yet are happy to throw their head under a ball for the sake of it and hoof it out with no care of where its going to. We invite pressure on ourselves through our ridiculous hoof tactics which works 1/5 times. Reluctance to outwardly attack and pass on the ground is hurting us more because we don't do the simple things right.

Well thats what Pardew has been told by Derrick over the phone. In reality the goon is sat in his underwear lying on the couch with a bowl of crisps on his belly. Ashley: "who was that Derrick" Lambias: "Oh just Pardew asking about transfers, I told him we are working on some." Ashley: "Should we possibly do that?" Lambias: "Yeah, I will get to it, I'm watching tele" *reaches for the remote and stuffs crisps into his mouth.
  23. Thought there had to be a reason Pardew had him on the bench. He has zero interest in playing him.
  24. To be fair we looked better with Cabs on. Guttierez sits far too central and deep. Norwich did a great job closing us down constantly and shutting down Santon and Debuchy, which really stifled our attacks. The most worrying thing, hoofball aside is that we seem hesitant and scared to give it a go and attack. We will regularly pass sideways or back rather than trying to push and attack an opposition defence. We are sadly lacking someone to do that through the middle. Hopefully that will be Cabs and Hatem will be back soon to help.
  25. Turning the corner? With that kind of performance I doubt it. Utterly woeful. Saving grace were Norwich were as terrible as us and more wasteful. scant positives.. clean sheet, a point, cabaye back, debuchy looking tasty.
