  1. Was just going to say. Wasn't he on his death bed a few years back. Looks incredible!
  2. So.. Keiran..about that wage cut you took to join us.. Can you take another?
  3. Top stuff. Still a huge ask but excited to see how they improve the team go give it a real go.
  4. I think the problem someone mentioned is to move up you have to win the league and THEN win a playoff against the southern league winners to go up. I think it's going to be an long process for the lasses. Looks like they are doing the long approach like Eddie and will be building up the youth and trying not to dismantle the squad morale bringing in too many new players and pushing out others. This is a step up though so there will have to be some turnover. Liverpool Feds who pipped us last year managed to finish 9th out of 12 https://www.onherside.co.uk/leagues
  5. Can only see points for Everton tbh. Maybe Leicester on the last day as West Ham won't care. But then it depends on goal difference and potentially how many they concede against Liverpool and us. Forest: Chelsea (a) Arsenal (h) Palace (a) Leeds: Newcastle (h) west ham (a) Spurs ((h) Leicester: Liverpool (h) Newcastle (a) West Ham (h) Everton: Man City (h) Wolves (a) Bournemouth (h)
  6. Quite likely Leicester and Leeds don't pick up more points. Forest might have saved themselves tonight. Leicester Leeds Southampton I think... but who knows after today's shocks.
  7. One of the craziest days of premier league football I remember.
  8. Why are they jogging back? Not bothered because they can't score two more?
  9. Unlucky. Way offside there. Nice thinking.
  10. As much as I want Forest to win, I feel for Southampton. They dragged themselves back into the game again but this is all too little too late in their season and not enough today.
  11. Wingback not being known for needing athleticism?
  12. Still a massive stretch. Before today I'd thought if they beat Forest they could get something at Fulham. Don't see it now. They are gone imo. Better that Forest get 3 points and make it interesting. Leicester could yet survive on GD. Forest: Chelsea (a) Arsenal (h) Palace (a) Southampton: Fulham (h) Brighton (a) Liverpool (h) Leeds: Newcastle (h) West Ham (a) Spurs ((h) Leicester: Liverpool (h) Newcastle (a) West Ham (h) Everton: Man City (h) Wolves (a) Bournemouth (h) Don't fancy Forest to get anything past today. Southampton are down regardless at this point I think. Leeds might get something from West Ham but unlikely. Leicester the same. Everton could get 4 points from Bournemouth and Wolves. Reckon: (provided Forest win today) Leicester Leeds Southampton Otherwise Leicester to stay home on goal difference sending Forest down. It's clearly unpredictable though after today!
  13. Crazy swings. Looks like mackems are squeaking in. Good for them.
  14. Arsenal players anytime Joelinton came near or Jesus in general in the second half..
  15. He, like the other CM's are also likely feeling the fatigue factor attributed to not bringing that pivotal extra CM in when we lost shelvey. Just to rotate and sub out. It's likely taken a toll on them all. Exacerbated by longstaff being out.
  16. Of the sides we play only Chelsea and Brighton have the potential to play like arsenal just did. That is a stretch too. Chelsea will be boosted from their win but I'd still hope we are coming away with a point at least.
  17. Great game. Our time will come. Their squad is much better but we also didn't take out chances and were unlucky at times. A running theme that likely could have pushed us closer to the title race if things were the other side of the post. All credit to the Arsenal scum. They were good today and after their goal we were ultimately poor.
  18. Cant be a mancity fan. They all love us! Blood money unite. More likely a Mackem.
  19. Nice to see maxi. Hope he is fit for the last run in.
  20. ? Even when the ball is loose it seems to bounce towards an arsenal player lol one of those days.
  21. A DM, RCB, LB and a couple of attacking additions and we are taking strides forward again.
  22. We have also been too slow and patient in the build up. There is a time for that. Just not all the time. Arsenal have limited us, managed the game and controlled the midfield though
  23. Can't understate how important Longstaff has been to Bruno and our midfield.
