RIP to the Thom Browne jumpers
-
Everything you said in the last sentence seemed to be the things he was really good at when he first joined too
-
Genuinely bemused how and why there isn’t even a premier league liaison handling this kind of shit at home office. Wtf.
-
because he’s our player
-
I hope we address the midfield long term and try with a cheeky loan or two in attack. Some depth in fullback for those who are actually fit would help. Manq and Lewis are perma crocks.
-
I trust that the club did everything it could to keep or convince him otherwise but the guy literally was plucked out of no where and became a top stopper in the league for us and has one maybe last stop to cap off an unforgettable and wild end to his career. He’s been nothing but class on and off the pitch and he’d be our #1 right now if Pope didn’t join.

Do many clubs have reliable backups these days?
-
@midds was being sarcastic given the Dubravka situation.
-
Wish Dubs well, class act and always wanted/demanded more out of this club.
-
a proper attacking mid out of no where who's quality would be awesome
-
Wasn't that Trippier's ball to Murphy?
-
the paqueta dream officially over.
-
Why is fofana flying to the US for his medical?
-
have def signed about a dozen in my time but this takes the cake lol
-
His passing is bloody brilliant when he picks it out.
-
Conrad Laimer would be class man
-
I think the point we need to think about is he is an attacking player in his past life so just many being hopeful he can be more additive to that side of the game too.

Kit looked good to be me. -
Pope. Trip. schar. Botman. Targett. Anderson. Longstaff. Joelinton. Almiron. Maxi. Isak.
-
the burn thing works only here and there - today and Brighton it was clear as day he needed Targett behind him
-
Assertive and intentional with how he plays.
-
Willock is far from a nothing player but the point of his role is to be an attacking 8 and he’s simply not assertive enough for me. Longstaff himself is a better 8 than a 6 but he got fully stuck in and although made many mistakes, was all over the pitch and tried to keep things ticking
-
Ok ok make 2 more signings this week

Where’s John Andos commentary.
