I made the mistake of rewatching the own goal from Saturday and I seriously can’t believe how this kid managed to get the ball from the left wing on a counter drove into the box, cut in and lost it. And then just let them counter as he was gassed / dejected. He easily could have just smacked a left foot shot at the goal or just hit his usual wank cross. Sooner he’s out of this team the better man. Dummett, Mbemba, Gamez, or Clark ffs plz.

Play Clark as a LB or play Dummet there.

He and Clark are far too similar imo. Will look better with Lascelles who’d have snuffed Vardy completely out, as would Mbemba tbh.

Actually really like the way he’s playing when he’s on the ball. Just needs to get a goal or two and see his confidence soar up a level or two. He’s got a really good shot in him with his right foot tbh.

Might as well go with the stoke style 4 CBs at the back tactic. I’d happily play Mbemba Lascelles Lejeune and Clark as our back 4 until Dummett returns. Yedlin and Manquillo are playing so poorly man. Midfield it has to be Merino and Shelvey. Murphy and Atsu wide. With Ayoze or Joselu as a 10 centrally. Can Murphy play as a 10 like Gray did? Gayle as the CF?

I’d be playing Woodman and just letting him get on with it. Convinced he’d not do any worse than our current group.
