Ok with it if its a good price; otherwise no thanks.

Douglas was saying we have a 1 year option at the end of his deal.
-
People failing to grasp that the right wing output didn’t outdo us last season - It was injuries and fatigue. Guehi adds depth and quality.
-
Because until Botman is fit, Guehi is streets ahead of Kelly and Burn. We did not get 4th because our attack was just the best of all time, we achieved it with one of the best and consistent defensive units in the league. We did not have that last season. Seems like our scouting and coaching team think Guehi is the key to bringing back that solid defensive unit.

He's quite a crisp passer. Very decisive. Does not delay his passing.

Wow, pretty awesome.

While Jamaal is the "club captain" i think the group itself collectively captains the squad and looks after any issues and/or sorts off the field stuff too.

It was in the athletic yesterday. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/live-blogs/transfer-news-live-updates/4dgYgiWi8WnH/zf8t6ipFKG0H/

They have been totally focused on Zubimendi for what is 60m deal. Bruno literally said he’s never said he wanted to leave and he’s totally happy. Yet Ben can’t let it go. This twitter nonsense of just stirring for clicks and relevancy is so stupid.

Really dont think we would have focused on a RW this window (assuming we still will) if we were able to keep Minteh.

Excited for the away kit release. Has it been out there yet on what color the shorts will be?

Ornstein is saying its an option to buy for Todibo, so some risk there, if true, that if he indeed signs for West Ham that they could lose him to another club. If Fulk gets service he will bang in goals; he's a ruthless old school finisher. West Ham look to be a decent threat next season for sure.

Pays to be a club in London.
-
A back 3 of Botman, Schar and Guehi would be fucking immense by the way. Hall and Liv/Trip as wingbacks.
-
Hope all attending have no bother and stay safe.
-
Genuinely think he will wear the armband over the rest in the group as a nod to him, torch passing kind of thing.
-
Harsh to call him a bust, he was a fantastic end to end fullback on loan. We all wanted him back, he came back and then has been hurt basically ever since. The emergence of Big Dan Burn in the season we finished 4th sealed it. Tigz would have been a backup to him had he been fit. His injuries seem more bad luck than anything else. Just happens in football. I’d be more inclined to call him a bust if he was just plain bad football player, which he is not.

Which hasn’t been the update at all, right?

Why does the thread title revert to just name?

Yoro hurt for like 3 months no?

The CB v RW debate should really just agree to disagree with respect to which is the greater need now imho. Both are solid and valid arguments. I am of the mindset you have to solidify the back first; it’s what helped us get 4th. If Guehi can help us play a high line, win the ball back in their half and keep the opposition pinned so we’re recycling attack after attack, (with Pope sweeping) then we’re going to be ace this season assuming we stay relatively injury free or at least the main stars stay fit. No doubt in my mind we’ll push for our long term targets and be opportunistic, it’s about as clear as day we always seem to push decisively when those players become available to us.
