I'd take a massive fall down the league if it meant we had genuine people who actually cared about the club, the region, it's people, and the fans. Shame on those who show up and don't have any ounce of pride or foresight to see they are being led off a cliff with this clown owning and his cronies running the club. Krul and any other player who has played the past 5 derbies that have given Sunderland 15 points and maybe 1 or 2 seasons of safety in the Premier League are all worthy of being criticized. What exactly is the point of our club if not to promote Sports Direct? What is exactly is the point of supporting a football club that doesn't give an ounce back of what WE put into the club? If you can't see through this bull shit then anyone who "supports the team" in the manner they do are just as weak and implicit as the rest of the lambs that turn up and drink this shit up.

We haven't exactly been pulling up trees grinding out results or putting in performances worthy of a casual smile on the pitch. We're fucking shit and lost 4 to these lot and had a lay-down performance of epic proportions compounded by giving up a goal prior to half time. I'd much rather see a mad Jens Lehman response like Henry mentioned pinning fuckers to the wall demanding more than this slap back smile bull shit. You can do whatever the hell you want for 10 years playing for this club, for that, I am truly grateful, but don't go slapping fives and all that shit in the derby - even if you walked over and said to him "Hey Defoe, you're a cunt", it's going to be called out for what people see and what we see is spineless crap over and over and over and over and over again.

Soft spots for Abeid and Siem De Jong (something about what I saw for him at Ajax makes me think he's a potential brilliant captain) and I'll throw in Moussa bc I love seeing him at full pelt. Sad to say that Joey Barton and Nobby Nolan would have cracked every single one of these over the head if they showed up this w*** today. Thats what we need a Barton / Nolan type. Honestly does anyone think they'd put up with that s*** shower today? They did take us down, as much as I like Nolan. Barton bottled the relegation games, and the performance at Villa on the final day was every bit as gutless as that s*** today. We were a different team when we came back up and a lot of that was down them fighting tooth and nail for pride.

I have no qualms or issues with anyone on here having a go at anyone associated with Newcastle United after today's showing and this season as a body of work. There are a few exceptions from a few stand out players overall but I'm not defending them today.

We're 6 they need to stay up - every time we could seal their fate with 6 points each year to send them down for good yet no we get beat.
