    Kevin Keegan

Wish I could meet the man. He literally oozes everything I love about football and this club. He's just a dreamer and believer and still sickens me that he SHOULD still be the manager of this club. And that's no slight on my other football hero in SBR.

    Keegan is simply the greatest.
  3. With any bit of fwd thinking youd have Willo and Colo playing deeper than MYM who'd play in front of them as he's the pace to recover. Debuchy and Santon as wingers really. The other 5 players out there need to be able to attack well and keep the ball.
  4. Macron is making a case for being pretty awesome kit makers. Clearly they bolstered up their team probably poached from Nike or something.
  5. Couldn't agree more, it's literally madness. Even with Ben Arfa you could bring in his fitness record and dodgy past behaviour to a small extent, but Mapou has literally just been left to rot for no reason at all. Well, I know you disagree, but playing Colo and Mapou together is suicide and the manager doesn't have the balls to drop Colo, so there's the reason. Mapou with the right partner >>>>>> Colo with the right partner next season. IMO. Colo is FAR from the player he was and he'll not return to that "Colo of old" ever again.
  6. I'm with many on here who are probably nearly as angry about this as HBA seemingly being pushed out.

    Remy Cabella

So on the verge of agreeing a fee...then rejected. Nice job press.
  8. Captain of his club at a young age, all the confidence in the world, played CL football, and budding international - somehow we tipped everyone to get him and look at this. Fucking Pardew has a gem of a footballer who all he needed was ultimate confidence and support and a partner to handle things he wasn't good at. Talk about the shit management and planning from this club.

  10. I will say the US team does seem to be better on the occasion and stage and has more or less gotten the result(s) in qualifying it needed to when it mattered. Good and great teams destroy the likes of Azer...but yeah, still doesn't change how badly I want Jozy on the bench (off the team). He's pure gash.
  11. I found nothing redeeming in really any of our play tbh. We lacked rhythm, Jozy looked exactly like he did for Sunderland, we had some good chances to score early and did not - and some of our play was decent but missed final ball. But it was a terrible Azerbijan team and we should have smashed them.
  12. Mix and Johannsson have to start for me.
  13. Cameron and Gonzalez a better CB option?
  14. Jon Champion ! This some PES shit right here.
  15. My team....no idea about the back line. -------------------Howard------------------ Johnson--Cameron--Besler--Chandler --------------------Jones------------------- ---------Bradley------------Zusi----------- ------------------Dempsey----------------- ---------Altidore----------Johannsson--- or -------------------Howard------------------ Johnson--Cameron--Besler--Chandler --------------------Jones------------------- ---------Bradley------------Zusi----------- ----------------------Mix----------------- ---------Dempsey---------Johannsson---
  16. Really tired of being jealous of Spurs.
  17. Why on earth did he do an interview like that after he left? Strange as fuck by both he and the club tbh.
  18. Same man, I'd take that Red & Black striped away kit in B&W over the crap we get.
  19. The sad thing is that QPR are wearing Nike now, and they probably received the worst of a Nike kit deal you could imagine, but yet they'll look classy and smart on the pitch. I can't wait to see how terrible our Puma kit is going to be.
  20. I'd be thoroughly pissed off if we were flog MYM as well. He's potentially a brilliant CB who only needs an assured partner to compliment what he does best and that is read the game and play the ball out the back. If you watch his dribbling and passing at Montpellier it was obvious Rene Girard encouraged and gave him the confidence to do that. You see him now and his touch and dribble are timid, he's nervous on the ball and that is down to the manager getting on him or the instructions given to him in training.
  21. Dude loves it here, fair play to him and I respect the hell out of him for sticking it out here; I hope he can regain that form b/c I'm still quite a big fan of his.
