i think the key point is there are a number of clubs that may face serious point reduction next season if they failed to meet the FFP. But they could do nth other than a fire sale to prevent it. is that a chance to pick up bargains from other clubs then?

Mourinho's tactics hugely relies on a quality defensive midfielder, and that's why he splashed out 30m to bring back Matic. I doubt it is just Pardew's and HBA's problem. I remember I read some reports or news or rumours etc that HBA is disliked by his teammates and isolated in the dressing room. If this is true then the problem is a lot more complicated.

Pardew aside, I think it is good to blood the young strikers on the wing, unless they are physically strong enough.
