Honestly, ruined by injury, Saylor is quite unlucky as a footballer. He is at least a decent EPL defender before the last few injuries.
-
I think basically it is a new contract. The last one will no longer be effective since it has a relegation clause, and rafa could and should request that the new promises made by Ashley and Charnley be written in the new contract so that he can leave anytime if those promises did not materialize.

Bye. Thanks for Cabaye. All others are shits.
-
We actually need time to let some of the youngsters to blossom, most notably lacelles, adam and mitrovic.
-
What a brilliant season we have had.
-
Wijnaldum. Simple. He simply plays for himself only.
-
You have to look at Rafas own career to understand why he has chosen us at this moment. Rafa has his best years as a manager in Valencia and Liverpool where he has nearly full control of all matters. In contrast, when he was in Chelsea, Real Madrid, etc where he was just a tactical coach, he always tends to fail due to his players ignored his instructions i.e. he did not have enough power. He needs full control to succeed. Honestly, there isnt much club in the world that can give him this kinda set up, BUT, we can. Or I should say, he earned it, by gaining 100% support from the fans and forcing Ashley to give him.

Interesting. Charnley but not Ashley?
-
Exactly. A year in Championship is nothing.

I have had a deep think last night, and i realized, that ironically, this season is exactly what we want, and what we need. A season to prove to the world that this current regime has fucked up big times, and a season to prove to the world that with a great manager everything can change. Whats even more important, is we found the one, after so many years of darkness and soulless. If Rafa stay, this is a very successful season. Thats the turning point. Relegation is nth.

This is like a propose. Jesus christ.
-
Aye. I dont think he can find a club with so much suportings from the fans anymore. Even Liverpool cant. Once he won the negotiation over Ashley, he is basically the king of Northeast and he can do anything for the foreseeable future. That is something he cant find elsewhere.
-
All are cunts. Window shop. Fucking obvious and ridiculous.
-
It is pretty obvious thats the case. He shouted in joy after thr goal that he can leave.
-
A. People ignored the possibility that once our club is back on track Ashley will fuck up again and Rafa will leave everything will back to square one
-
Cracking read. I think no manager can save our season if Charnley has had made so many fatal errors.
-
It is not just the promotion that matters, but how a top club should be running, how to construct a youth training system, how to do match preparations, what a top norch scouting system should be etc that are really too valuable to let go. Our so called big club intangibles are all gone thanks to all the cunts after SBR and Rafa is the one and only one that can help us to restore this. He has to be here at any cost, we cant let him go. It is really the last last chance that Newcastle can revive. And due to this, i really hope all the fans can try their best in that 90 mins to persuade Rafa to stay, even if the possibility is just 1%.
-
Nah he would be sacked. The only reason for not happening is no one willing to take up the seat. Ensure EPL status and making profits are the only requirement from Ashley and fail to do so warrants a sacking.
-
Deserved And fuck this fraud. Absolute cunt in the highest order.
-
I think we should keep everyone and target first year promotion by having the best squad in Championship. I know some people will want to ship out the likes of Colback but the truth is as a Championship club we are no longer an attractive destination and there is no guarantee that what we bring in will be better off.
-
I don't want to blame rafa for this but why start gini and cisse?
-
A bunch of morons.

I think Perez has some natural talents that many other footballers dont have, most notably his extremely quick feet which allows him to make more moves than others. In my memory only Messi and Ben Arfa has quicker feet than Perez and thats really massive. Other than that his smart moves, his court vision, his technique...he is special. However he also has some massive flaws. His lack of strength and shot power limited his application on his talents. Whats even worse is it seems like he is changing his playstyle. Some said he is just trying too much himself. In my opinion i feel like he started to believe the hype and think he can and should be a star player and could change the game on his own. Honestly i dont think we should sell him for anything less than 30m. But, if he couldnt get out of this and continues to play like that in expense of our team - just like Ba - then i think we should start finding the next youngster with potential to develop and give him up.
