If you don’t have his trust you need to be 8/10 minimum for several appearances and gain his trust. Doesn’t help with squad development. I still think Hall and Livra’s development Could’ve been more proactive for example. It’s only injuries that gave them significant minutes and proper runs in the team. While Trippier and Burn cooked up stinker after stinker. Longstaff is another that springs to mind.
