Probably one of the worst comments I've ever read on here. What a f***ing joke Like s**** is it. There used to be OOO OOO OOO ing, Booing, Monkey Noises, Bananas thrown on the pitch, chants of he's a wog a wog etc etc at English Footballs (and SJP was one of the worst for it) grounds every week all over the country and blokes lined up selling NF literature behind the Gallowgate End. You never hear or see any of that now and haven't for donkeys years. Racism can simultaneously be less prevalent but not 'all but gone'. It's all but gone, it's major news now if there is the slightest hint of anything racist whereas 30 years ago it was virtually the norm at football matches. It was pretty recently that a significant part of the crowd at St James didn't take any issue with singing "Kenwyn Jones sells watches on the beach" I'll most likely get hammered for this but i actually thought that was quite ingenious and quite funny as anyone who's ever been to Ibiza, majorca, tenerife, benidorm etc would get the joke. I get it, and that's how I know it's racist. I don't think it is.

The times he carried the ball and dribbled about relieved pressure from us massively and he also did his defensive job superbly. I thought he had a great game.

James Perch said that he thought it was a red straight away as well.

Was never a red card. Larssons on Shola was fifty times worse and it was only Fletchers momentum that made it look bad anyway. Atkinson sent off Tiote for his reputation alone in my opinion and had any other player on the pitch made that challenge i doubt even a yellow card would have been shown.

Opposite for me. Once I wake up the nerves will have gone and I know worrying about the result won't impact on the actual game itself. You can chew yourself all day but it's pointless energy. Just wait for the game, see what happens an deal with it - good or bad. Wise words midds but I can't help it unfortunately, it's just my nature to be that way on Derby Day. As soon as the game kicks off (and as soon as I have my pint), my nerves will probably settle but until then... Don't get me wrong I've had a few nerves all week but I somehow manage to convince myself on the day that whatever is going to happen will happen. I'll check the team news at 12.30 and that will be that - gameday routine kicks in. Score first and I fancy us. I'd still settle for a point though. Not nervous at all yet, will be during the game though. I think if we score first we'll win and if they score first they'll win.
