Link? It's on Skunkers, one of his mates posts on there. I don't doubt that's what he's told him but i do doubt it's true as i don't think pardew will have told them who's playing yet and won't do so until they leave the hotel in the morning.
-
On another forum one of his mates reckons he's only on the bench tomorrow, with captain Colo partnering Williamson and Shola up front instead of Cisse.
-
he said he himself would start him but knew he wouldn't last the game so it wouldn't be a good idea.

Probably one of the worst comments I've ever read on here. What a fucking joke Like shite is it. There used to be OOO OOO OOO ing, Booing, Monkey Noises, Bananas thrown on the pitch, chants of he's a wog a wog etc etc at English Footballs (and SJP was one of the worst for it) grounds every week all over the country and blokes lined up selling NF literature behind the Gallowgate End. You never hear or see any of that now and haven't for donkeys years. Racism can simultaneously be less prevalent but not 'all but gone'. It's all but gone, it's major news now if there is the slightest hint of anything racist whereas 30 years ago it was virtually the norm at football matches.

As Ryan Taylor said on the fantasy football show last night though, Shola wouldn't last more than an hour.
-
how many has shola scored this seaon to suggest he's in form? Shouldn't be anywhere near our starting 11.

We ended up with Rob Lee so all wasn't too bad as he was a fucking star for us. KK wanted Keane to be our box to box midfielder. I'm sure he once said one of his biggest regrets as NUFC manager when it comes to signing players was not getting to chat with Keane as he reckons he would have convinced him to come here. Mind, he also said the same about Henry who we were after, him and Pires, apparently. Back then it was hard to believe anything. We once sent a team over to Juventus, true story, to buy Baggio, on KK's orders. Fletcher, Shepherd and Douglass Hall all went over I think to try and pull off what would have been a major coup. Juventus' people kept them waiting in some room while they pissed themselves laughing. We came home empty handed Those were exciting days mind because with KK in the form he was, he could have talked anyone into joining us. He convinced Rob Lee we were closer to London than Middlesbrough, told SJH that Beardsley was only 30 and not 32 and that if we didn't buy him the mackems would, and of course he sweet talked 1000 plus angry Geordies into accepting the sale of Cole to your lot. I don't think Cole and Shearer would have worked mind, not the Shearer we bought. Now Sheringham and Shearer... bingo! And Ronaldo... you can't be serious! What next, you sometimes wish we had of kept Ardilles and not appointed KK or how about Quinn over Cole?! They took the owner of The Godfather restaurant over to Italy with them to help with the language.

He's an utter cunt who took great delight in referring to SJP as the SDA when Colin Murray had insisted he would always call it SJP on MOTD2 Racism in Football is all but gone in my John Humble.

Level 7 is opening up due to the amount of Brugges fans coming over. Hmmm... Take note Brugges we're taking care of your fans... The ground map looks like we've given them Level 2 and level 4 of the Leazes/milburn corner. We also aren't "taking"care of their fans we're just extracting as much cash out of them as possible as we make money selling home tickets but not away tickets.

What did you make of Ferguson? -
It's the week after, doesn't start until the 10th.
-
It's a dreadful shot to concede, like. All of his weaknesses summed up by it. Apparently it wasn't his fault though, he was saying the team should have pressed the ball more!!! the 2 goals from corners weren't his fault but his performance overall was dreadful.

oh aye, and if they score first we're cattled as they'll shut up shop and we won't be able to break them down. We score first we'll win or draw due to us not being very good at seeing games out at 1-0. -

Would like this but with Ba being our inform striker no way Pards plays it Krul Anita Taylor Colo Santon Cabaye Tiote Jonas Ben Arfa Cisse Ba I'd like to see Ferguson given another go tbh, i don't think he did anything wrong and he feel the Santon and Ferguson idea has potential to be potent, we lost due to being outnumbered in the middle and poor defending from set pieces not having attacking fullbacks. Otherwise i agree completely with your line up, it's more or less how Man Yoo lined up against us. I don't think Ferguson did a lot wrong but at the same time despite me thinking santon would be better on the right due to him being right footed i think he actually looked uncomfortable on the right and still cut in onto his left a lot. He actually looks more comfortable on the left and i think Simpson should have played right back after getting 90 minutes under his belt on thursday. -
Tried too many risky passes yesterday when simpler balls were on. Had to sit off Rooney a bit after he got booked as well.

Ba got beat in the air for both goals. Williamson had lost Evans due to very good movement however. -
I didn't think he did too badly to be fair to him.

It's symbolic of the club. It's a small part of our fabric. It's part of our image. All inherently linked to a corporate loan shark. Great. Some things are worth more than money. Pride, for example. It's a sponsorship deal man, therefore it is ALL about the money and Wonga have got shedloads of it having made massive profits. very noble having unicef on your shirt but it ain't gonna fund anything.
-
Don't really care who sponsors us as long as it's a good deal for the club with a lot of cash hoyed at us. Is Virgin's money any better than Wonga's?? It's all got the Queens picture on it last time i checked.

I agree totally. How Cheap do the tickets have to get before we attract people to come and watch European Football at SJP? My main reason (and probably alot of others) is due to working shift patterns. For last night's game I had to take a holiday for it, I couldn't make the Atromitos game and luckily Brugges at home is when I'm back on early's. I was thinking maybe we could get more in if they did open Milburn level 7 as that's the family enclosure, I don't know why it isn't tbh, and where is the family section for European/cup games? That's fair enough i suppose but there's not 22000 people who go to the match who work shifts!!! There is no family Enclosure when Level 7 is closed. We're allowed to apply for tickets during the ST sale but obviously can't buy our own seats and can only buy seats that aren't reserved for existing season ticket holders unless we wait until the members sale period. I can understand why they don't open it as the crowds in previous years haven't justified it, but can also see that if they did open it a lot of people who sit there would buy tickets as they are put off buying by having to sit elsewhere than their normal seat.
