How mature your argument gets ripped to shreds so you try to insult me. Well played. Oh now Puskas, Di Stefano, Platini, Cryuff and Eusebio aren't the greatest. Clutching at straws there son. lol i am 43.. There is only one greatest player to be compared with.. the rest are great players End of .. not going to reply to the thread anymore A 43 year old with the mental capacity of a 12 year old. Fairly sure this is how serial killer movies start........ I hope you enjoyed the complimentry humble pie and egg on your face that came with the complete destruction of your posts over the last 2 pages. Actually I agree with Dontooner. When there's talk about the greatest ever it's fucking ridiculous to even discuss it. There is one who was the Greatest and many who were great. Pele was a level above every individual player during his era. He is a head and shoulder above anyone who's dominated world football. The facts are easy to why he was the best, he scored over 1000 goals, he won 3 world cup and multiple national titles being top goal scorer over 10 times playing the best teams of Brazil at that time. Remember that Brazil and Argentina probably had the most competitive club football in the world back then and playing away from home was like walking into the middle of a forest in the middle of the night, scary as hell. Pele was never protected by the referees as players are nowadays and had he been maybe he would've won the 1966 World Cup to, as he was brutally assaulted every single match during that world cup and no subs were allowed so he was limping around the whole match. He is possibly the only person ever being capable to make a ceasefire during a civil war possible. In 1967 both sides during the Nigerian Civil War ceasedfire for 48 hours to watch Pele play an exhibition game, tell me if any players have that power or that courage to enter a country like that. Players like Maradona, Zico, Garrincha, Puskas, Di Stefano, Messi, Zidane, Platini, Cruyff, Romario, Ronaldo and so on, are never reaching that level of play. Pele was consistent for 18 years, lets see if Messi is consistent for 18 years, and please don't argue about 'Pele wouldn't have a chance nowadays' as of course he wouldn't, except if he had been brought up at the same time, because TALENT wise there will probably never be a player as good as Pele.

Should play 4-4-2 this week. But think in the long term we'll win more with 4-5-1 with HBA behind Ba than playing Ba and Best upfront. Pardew has been pretty clear of giving Ben Arfa the number 10 role behind a striker, and that's what I expect to see when Ben Arfa is 100%. On the wings we'll rotate between the three, and if we ever get two injuries to our wingers I can see us going back to 4-4-2 with Ben Arfa playing out wide.

Want to hope we'll trash them, but have this realistic feeling as knowing this fucking club we'll probably lose this one. Everything has been going way to good so far. Be more than happy with a draw to be honest as long as we keep winning at home.

In his first season didn't Jonas have like two great assist for that little twat Owen against Stoke? Remember at least one through ball which put Owen in front of goal. In a team with strikers who ove their arse, he'd be much better than he is currently. Think he will improve this season a lot when HBArfa plays.

Excellent news. Really glad everyone came to their senses after this shit that's been going on all summer. Colo next please.

Isn't this the same Wes Brown who a couple years back was like Titus Bramble? A complete fucking donkey who cost his team loads of points because of lack of concentration for the full 90 minutes?

What a disappointment. I was waiting for maybe a centre-back to bullet in a header from a goal-kick from the centre-circle. Same

Not saying he doesn't look class, no fuck all about him. But today he definitely didnt look class.

You guys have been playing some terrible stuff for the two matches Ive seen. Lucky to get a point against us, and looking really lucky to get even one point even if it looks like youll get all 3.
-
More like Agbonlahor who wanted tbh.
-
Barton and NZogbia have been quite non-existant this 2nd half (didn't watch the first half).

Given has been very good so far this season. Cunt.

Very very cheap penalty given against QPR. Villa really lucky to get that, wasn't much of a shirt pull at all.

Ben Arfa will be a very good player for us, but seriously don't expect him to be a world class player a la Rooney. Fucking hell, Rooney is one of the best in the World. Ben Arfa has a long way to go to be even the best in his country.

Still don't rate him as a footballer, if you guys know what I mean. However, he's scoring goals and his will is creating him chances. I admire the fact that he tries so hard, but everyone can admit that he's not the most talented footballer. Not criticizing him, I actually like him a lot and thinks he deserves to stay in the team, maybe had we sold him in the summer it would've been the biggest mistake of the summer.

Draw. Think it will be a pretty boring like last year at their place. 1-1.

Cabaye is class. Love how he just dictates the tempo of the game really well. Weird to see that Tiote is the more advanced for a big part though.
