There never seems to be many complaints from other clubs at the way Chelsea behave. They got all frantic about our takeover, but haven’t seem to have said anything about all these ‘loopholes’ Chelsea exploit.

It’s about par imo. No Europe and Man Utd and Spurs having horror shows. We’ve got one of the best strikers in the world and arguably the best midfield in the league when all fit. The run from December was very good, but the first part of the season was fairly poor.

Because we’ve been trying to sign Trafford for a year. Three years is a long time and when a manager signs a player, they aren’t committed to playing them or keeping them forevermore.

It’s not that Pope is a bad keeper, but Howe clearly wants someone better with the ball at his feet to play a slightly different way. I thought that was fairly obvious.

Giving a manager control of transfers is a disaster. As is going through two sporting directors so quickly, each seemingly losing a ‘power battle’. It looks amateur.

Keeper is one of the most important positions and I think it’s fairly obvious we need an upgrade in all honesty. I don’t think anyone would suggest a ‘midfielder’ who isn’t good at shot stopping or coming out for crosses.

I’d like to think he won’t be going, but the City rumours are pretty strong. I’d be wanting more than the £60m suggested.

I think we’ll sell one of our starters, probably either Gordon or Tino. It’s pretty strange for a club to just go year after year not selling anyone of any value. A lot of work needs done to the squad given the lack of movement over the past few years.

What do you want a football forum to be? Just parroting what the manager says? Howe is never going to criticise a player and will always praise them and rightfully so. We can have our own opinions. Personally, to me it looks like Miley is lacking a bit of confidence. He hides a bit and especially when he first came on, was just always in a position where he was never going to receive it. He clearly has a chance of being a class player for us in the future though.

Woman’s teams should have different names to the men’s team, regardless of the club they belong to. Tifo is shite. Weekend evening kick offs are fine. Fan owned clubs are nearly always a shambles.

I actually thought Wilson looked a little quicker today in trying to close down.

Was his shot going in? Difficult to tell from where I was sitting and haven’t been able to see it again.
