Not really surprised about all the curiosity surrounding current events leading to new posts about the matters, surely you could have found a more apt thread to launch your attack on. I can see quite a few.

I think there might be more to some of these quotes than first meets the eye, I suppose it all depends on what angle you look at it from. I'll quote the OP and add comments of my own, with each comment don't read it on it's own but rather as part of all the comments taken together. This is just my take on things and could be way off the facts.

It may have been discussed plenty of times before but anyone not privvy to those discussions will know nothing of them. Then of course there are the rules that you mention and which even fewer people would have read, I am normally content to rely on common sense to dictate what can and cannot be posted. Therefore an innocent question such as I posted could have been answered in forum without actually breaking any rules, or deleting posts in a knee-jerk fashion. You presumably heard the sound of fascist jackboots coming down the corridor behind you. The part of your post I've highlighted is an example of answering my query. I never mentioned web streaming, indeed I knew nothing about it, but from that reply I garnered the information I needed. So thankyou for that. In the meantime I will attempt to join the masses and quiver in fear at corporate power, although I think I will fail miserably. I am far more inclined to laugh at them. Also add a further quote from the agent saying he is due in England next week and will be talking further with newcastle. Who will be in England, Fanni or Six? If it's just that agent why would he need to come to England, they could do all there talking on the phone surely, until such time as a club wanted to meet the player?

Ashley may well want a 'shirt-seller' at some stage, hopefully his team would identify a list of players that would all qualify as a global name and let Sam name a 1, 2, 3 choice. Done that way Ashley gets a player in black and white that sells shirts worldwide and raises the club profile and Sam gets a player he actually wants or needs. Don't think it will ever be done the old way again, thank God, the trophy players that were as much about fan appeasement and season ticket sales as anything else.

I don't think we'll be getting 2 LB's. Sam may have decided Babayaro is worth another go, and getting one more LB in gives competition for places. If come the end of July the situation is the same as now we have a right to be concerned. However, all said and done I'd stake everything I own that the team is going to perform a lot better next season purely down to the new regime. If Europe is achieved, and I believe it is achievable, then we will see what the score is in respect of Ashleys ambitions.

It does seem to point to that doesn't it, no money.
