Staying up last season has proved, as predicted by many, to be an absolute f***ing disaster, so forgive me if I'm not in the slightest bit arsed whether we go down or not. And what will going down achieve? Would we even get back up, or sink even further down the pyramid? I think Leicester have proven that a team who scrape past relegation one season could be a completely different team the year after. Ashley wont sell whether we are here, in the Championship or League 2. Then I'd rather be in League 2, less money to be made for him that way. Our existence in the PL like this is totally pointless.

"The work of David Squires" more like

If we go down the board will be like: "But, but, but, look at all the money we spent". Seems that's the answer to every question. "Why is failure accepted at NUFC? We spent a lot this window!"

A 50-0 Sunderland win would be mint.

Not sure you could find a more homosexual word than "fab" too

Love the "calm down, it's just a bad run, he's been fab for 12 months before this" comment over there. No, it's not just a bad run, it's classic Pardrewl

"Short/Byrne take 1 four the team" #teamnonce

Probably flew south over the winter.

Or the 14-15 inferior opponents he'd face every other week in Holdland. Either/or. The premier has been poor this season in terms of over all quality. Internationals and European games would be a be a better indicator.

I want us to go down, multiple times if necessary, to see if that changes anything. Finishing 14th-17th every season is Ashleys wet dream and won't lead to any change ever. I would enjoy the club a lot more if we had an owner with ambition with whom we, for example, were fighting to get promoted from League 1. Todays situation is just hopeless and has led to people don't even caring about the club they love.

I used to subscribe to a payed web service from a cable company here in Sweden where I could stream all our games (or other games if I so wished), including the ones at 3pm on Saturdays. Two or so years ago they got new guidelines from the PL (or something) which meant they could only show 1 game at 3pm on Saturdays. This meant that I very rarely could watch us play on Saturdays since we're not one of the top/most popular teams and hence other matches were favoured, so I canceled my subscription as it wasn't worth it anymore. I read somewhere that the reason they do not show PL games at 3pm on Saturdays in England is that it would have a negative impact on lower league attendances as people would stay home and watch TV instead of going to see their local teams play. I can see the reasoning behind this, but why are the games not shown in other countries? It won't make me fly to England to watch our game like Is it because some pubs used foreign satellite tv companies to broadcast games cheaper? Or what is the reason? If so, surely the money they lose on customers cancelling cable/satellite subscriptions, and losing interest in their team/the PL because they can't watch their teams play, outweighs the money lost on pubs using some "greek" satellite company (I assume that "greek" company have already payed Sky for the PL rights)? Or am I over estimating the amount of people who see this as a problem? tl;dr: Why can't other European countries show more than 1 game on tv at 3pm on Saturdays?

Might have had an assist or two if we had someone who could finish

Played very well today Saylor did

Slightly ruined a good day of footy for me. Yeah, this and I wanted to see Doumbia, but no such luck. Maybe he'll be on in the 87th minute in the next game.

Obertan hit the post!

Who the fuck is the commentator who keeps saying "he doesn't have to do that" every time we over-hit a pass? No shit Sherlock do you think they smash it off the pitch on purpose?!

What is this witchcraft?!

Yes, multiple relegations would be nice. So he get to show his tacky, shit fucking sports store brand off to the 4 people watching League 2 instead of millions on TV. Die you fat Mike-cunt!

Red card and a penalty, awesome!
