Yes and we did better when he only had 11 players (more like 14/15 in reality) to choose from.. The mans a menace when he has options!
-
Not at all, had we won today we'd be two points off European qualification with a much easier final four games then Portsmouth. Our season is certainly over now though..
-
A toss of a coin gives you a 50/50 chance, Roeder gives you no chance, its an easy decision IMO..
-
How much do you think he's on? £50,000 to £60,000 would have been my guess.
-
I always ask this question and never get an answer. Where is the actual propf that Dyer gets paid £80,000 a week? Because until I see some good sources for this I'm going to keep assuming its nothing but exagerated paper talk.
-
you do realise i was being sarcastic? as the person prior to my post said we've got no chance. I didn't realise that no, in that case I agree with you
-
No. One is Portsmouth vs Newcastle. Hell of a difference. As I said catching them is a matter of two games (6 points) one of which involves Newcastle vs Portsmouth....
-
Sorry did he say "there could be no chance in hell"? In a week we could be 12 points behind, or we could be 3, or even 0 behind. Point being there's hardly "no chance in hell".. Its a matter of two games, one of which involves Newcastle vs Portsmouth.
-
We're six points behind Portsmouth and play them just under a week from now. We may not catch them, but its hardly impossible.
-
Am I really seeing people praising Domi here?!.. talk about rose tinted glasses.. Domi was an ok defender and good going forward but he was far to weak and casual to be a good Premiership defender. Remember the FA cup final?..
-
Parker on £60,000, Dyer on £80,000, Owen on £115,000, why do some people believe this silly paper talk?
-
I think this thread should be removed. Or everyone who reads it should be made to touch wood..

But we don't need to beat you tonight to go through. Also out of the 28 European home results you posted only 9 of them would be good enough to send you through tonight. Six of those results were 25 years ago or more.. So really to go through tonight you need to do what you've only done three times in the last 25 years. Against arguably the best team you've played in that time. Just thought I'd add some perspective to your stats.

What a load of absolute s*** you talk. Sometimes his control is off, not all the time and while his decision making can be unpredictable its far from terrible. On the plus side he's extremely quick, very strong, is a good finisher with both feet, has a super powerful shot and has some good flair (flicks and tricks). But apparently you can't see any positives, he must have just fluked his 16 goals so far.. dear me this kind of s*** really makes me sick. f*** off. im entitled to an opinion as much as you. and i can see some positives - try his 16 goals so far this season. I didn't stop you from having your opinion, I just think its complete s***. Also I was talking about positive attributes, not a goal scoring record. Which I might add you think is so positive that you completely devalue it by saying "he's the worst player to ever score 16 goals". I'm sure nobody here thinks Martins is perfect, far from it at this stage in his carear. But to be so utterly negative towards him is just unreal, are you just on a windup or what? The guy has just scored 2 goals for us, had an excellent game and you rip into him as if he's a peice of s*** (plenty of fairly average strikers have scored 16 goals in a season over the years in case you didn't realise..). You don't have a single good thing to say about him as a player... I think that's utterly bizarre..

Hopefully if that happens HTT Roeder will be tied to Luque at the time...
-
Ok for the pedantic among us, it looks like his muscle has been replaced by fat.. ok Anon?
-
Doesn't look like he's gained that much actual weight to me. Just looks like his muscle has turned to fat, which is anything but a good thing..
-
Duff has played nearly three times as much Football as Luque, yet he's scored/created less goals... Can't say that makes him the better bet to be honest. IMO he's been the worst player at the club so far this season considering the chances he's had and what he's produced.

What the f*** are you?.. I don't know what you are..

Yorkie, closet Spurs fan Lets see, Spurs have few injuries while we have had 10+ players out for most of the season. Yet we've beaten Spurs twice this season and are above them in the league. Yeah I can see why you'd say that they have a better squad

Sky is pretty pricey if you have the entire package. But the entertainment package which includes everything appart from Sky Sports 1,2,3 and the Sky Movie channels is only about £18-£19 a month (and you can drop that price further if you drop certain parts of the package like documentaries, or music or art channels etc). Plus if you phone up and negotiate before signing up they will likely offer you a deal, my mate got the entire package for £27 a month for the first 6 months. Also I hear that from the end of this month Sky Plus will be free to all Sky customers, even those on the basic entertainment package.

How can anyone want one team to dominate for three seasons in a row? Especially a small club that are only in this position because a Russian bought them and threw in hundreds of millions as if its pocket change (which is about what it means to him). A club who's fans now think they're the biggest in the world. A club that many people in the world also now consider to be the biggest despite the sum total of there recent success being 100% bought for them. Needless to say I'd prefer Manure to win. They're scumbags, but they aren't a club completely and utterly subsidised to a level that's utterly impossible to compete with. They've gotten where they are because of a great manager (loathsome yes but great) and a very well ran board room, and yes a bit of favouritism along the way. But at least they haven't gotten there purely through a sugar daddies limitless cheque book.

That's laughably tenuous, no suprise from the media in this country though...

So Belgravia and Polygon were local businesses?...
