if your going to a "home only" pub where they ask for tickets on the door, just say your not going to the match, works a treat

Lower tier was brilliant yesterday. The Ba song is brilliant for getting everyone singing. it was fucking fantastic. won't forget that for a while, one of my funnest experiences at a match

Cant be fucked to read the last few pages. We were due a beating, spurs were due beating someone, it was fucking fun, thats what Im after supporting us. Its the same as losing 2-1 where our away end would be miserable, tbh it was brilliant all game. Look how far weve come. HTL

It'll be rammed. Go to The Magpie on New Street or Woodin's Shades on the corner of Bishopsgate and Middlesex St. The White Hart on the corner of Bishopsgate and Liverpool Street is also decent, can't remember if it's open on Saturday. sorry i meant quiet as in not with all the toon fans. should be ok round 12 shouldn't it? i'm working right by there atm the prices aren't bad, any of those ^ comparable? few places iv been to round here are >£4 for a pint We're wondering where to drink before the match as well like, haven't made our mind up yet. Our original plan was around Victoria because we work around there so we know it, and it's easy for us both to get there and then to Seven Sisters but I dunno. Not that cheap around Victoria either. bit of a trek from 7 sisters which is why il be getting the overline to WHL. want to watch the man utd match somewhere, the sports bar at victoria station had occured to me, i was in there before brighton, not ideal for lpool st though. Tube from Victoria to Tottemham Hale and then overland from Tottenham hale to Northumberland park and then walk along park Lane to the away end. or just 20 minute train from liverpool st to near the pub -

the spoons outside liverpool street station is nice. be full of spurs fans though, be fine for a quiet one -
Disagree with HTT about Eriksson being the biggest failure. I actually rated him. We were unlucky at all of the tournaments that he was manager of. Ronaldinho 2002, Rooney getting injured and penalties 2004, Rooney sent off and penalties 2006, all at the quarter iirc (from memory, may be slightly inaccurate). and although maybe he looked like he didnt care enough/we didnt play great football, when the fuck have we played well? one thing that was strange was walcott in 2006 and if sven did decide just to not bother playing him, its a ridiculous decision, but I've heard the FA told him not to play him, he then told someone about this after the tournament and his job was over within a few days (I only heard that a couple days ago, may be bullshit) sven was harshly treated imo
