    Aye, think you’re right.
  2. Saw it as well and took the even classsssier option of not even mentioning it. Undone that now of course

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

We’ll not receive any money for him though, will we?
  4. Well at least Alan Knill lost eh @Shearergol?
  5. He’s been honking, aye.
  6. I’m sure a good few thought the likes of Ugarte, Mount, and Hojlund were bunk at the time you signed them, mind.
  7. Has Le Bris borrowed his papa’s suit?
  8. Think it’s more about how much it might rattle them and their notoriously woolly fans.
  9. Could’ve been the most perfect start to a game ever there. 1-0 down and Lewk knackered trying to cheat.

Hayden’s already been written off for PSR purposes, so it doesn’t really matter what happens with him does it?

I like the idea of Mbuemo as we could go longer to him when required, eliminating the need for Isak to half arse aerial challenges. Sort of like Liverpool do with Salah.

Wouldn’t start for me if all were fit, but he’s definitely got something about him.
  13. Aye. They were last season. I was in a queue of one at the North Shields branch on launch day to get the strip for the bairn.

It probably could be a good business decision, but it would go against everything football's about for me. I'm not even sure I'd start him if we had him, Trippier, and Hall all fully fit at the same time, but he's going to be one of the best FBs in world football for a long time to come.
  17. I love 3-4-3 anyway, but I think it matches up really nicely against a defensive 4-2-3-1 where you need to dominate the ball and create chances.
