I'd just like to contribute to this thread in honour of the BEST drunken football fan I have ever seen in my life: CHIVAS IS WEEEEEEAAAAAAKKKKK!!!

Newcastle v Notts Forest - 19:45 Monday 29/03/10 Pre-match thread.

The choice is there for me as well but L7 was so good for the Barnsley game that I can't resist going back up there. Love the view as well. -
Loads of Geordies don't do commentary on TV/radio/computer games though, that's what makes it brilliant. My brother always says "pelanty" to this day, just because, even though he would never admit it. He does. Definitely. Aye, but imagine how ridiculous it would be if he said 'penalty' on that game. It would certainly have reduced my quality of life, that's for sure. For what it's worth he's not a "clueless fuckwit" for saying "pelanty", he's just talks an inordinate amount of bollocks on a fairly frequent basis.

I think we'll be bang up for it and it sounds like we could have a very, very strong squad with the recent 4-4-2 personnel plus Barton and Ameobi from the bench, if required. Hoping it'll be a great game. -

Haha, great memories. I still say "pelanty" now in honour of that clueless fuckwit.

What's it got to do with me, man?

I wouldn't have too many worries for him mate. Huntington and Ramage played in plenty of games at that level between them and I think Kadar looks a far better prospect than those two. He looks to me like he'll relish it.

Night game at SJP. Yes please. Can't wait. -
How about no, sorry folks. Dodgy ground there.
-
Chances are he'll get chucked behind bars come May if he keeps this up. Weeren't there rumours of him getting a clip in Blu Bambu after the Watford game too? i heard tup tup, i'm sure he'll be barred from bambu Aye, he got a few digs outside Tup Tup after Watford as he was acting the cock.
-
Exactly the same for me mate with the Anfield thing. Heartbreaking enough without seeing his reaction to it! I was only about 10 or 11 when I saw him in Tynemouth Station that time as well, was too frightened to say anything to him.
-
I can't see this now, anyone else? The file is still there if thats what you're asking? Just doesn't show on my laptop and the imageshack link doesn't work?!?! Weird. It disappeared for a while for me as well earlier, but now it's back.

Great stories!! Changed the thread-title, hopefully there'll be a few more who crossed his path over the years with tales to tell.

Well, that was like watching paint dry. Liverpool are awful to watch these days.
-
Craig Burley doesn't, the clueless/toothless fadgedrip.
-
Don't think he has that image anyway, to be honest. You can tell by his face and his expression that he was as hard as nails and as rough as a badgers. Think his respect comes from the lengths he went to following the club for year after year.

Cheers lads. Class. That bloke loved the Toon.
-
He is an absolute beast. Sproule is one of the fastest players in this division (probably in English football) and Jose went shoulder-to-shoulder with him (after Ivan "I got punched by Gary Johnson" had just come on fresh), kept pace, then completely bossed him and did his usual little turn by the corner flag before bursting clear into an attacking position. Some of the things he does are brilliant. Still looks like Mr. Ed, like.
-
That post is both disappointing and tremendous at the same time

Feel disgraceful saying it, but he smelled rather ripe on that early morning in the late 90's when I saw him. Imagine he has passed now, but used to love it how Sky would always home-in on him during our live matches and his expression would always be the same, win or lose. Definitely remember seeing him during that fucking 4-3 at Anfield looking more anguished than ever. Anyone know the bloke's name?
-
...of the old fella in the flat clap who Sky always singled out during the halcyon days under KK (home and away, if I remember right)? Once saw him at Tynemouth Market (metro station) of a weekend and was in awe. He definitely needs to be an avatar. Have been Googling for a good while but can't find anything.

9-12 for me. Nearer the 12 though.

What a daft fucking thing to say. Silly moo.
