Not after Shearer agreed with Hughes they won't. I was suprised Shearer didn`t think it was a red. At the time Henchoz was the last man and as he fell down he pulled Oba down by his shirt rugby tackle style.

Ginnamill wasn't it? No wasn't Gemmill, cant remember who it was now. No doubt he wont pop up again until martins hits a poor spell! http://www.newcastle-online.com/nufcforum/index.php/topic,32492.msg622197/topicseen.html#msg622197 To be fair Gemmil and NM posted that they have seen nothing to prove he is top four quality. I don`t know who said the above. I`m sure now he is up and running properly with an understanding of his teammates he will be top four quality.

I remember my first visit to SJP. I had to listen to fans calling Dyer and Titus black bastards all match. Not just one or two either. Surely if they wanted to slag players off they should just be called bastards. Is there a below average percent of ethnic minorities up there? As I have stated before growing up in Ipswich I used to watch the games and heard only encouragment towards players having bad games and it usually worked.

Was this his first game back after a days training? He could have told us he couldn`t play.
-
I suppose he had a point. Who would we have played in that position if he hadn`t played? He was rubbish but he is usually ok, better than Carr anyway.

100% agree. Its laughable that we let in 2 goals in 1 game with ramage and taylor as cbs, when Taylor and Bramble play its 2 in 6 i think yet people are so thick to notice. I think Solano, Bramble, Taylor, Ramage at LB is our best defence as results show. I don`t want to insult the clever people on here, you know who you are but is it a requirment to be thick as shite to support NUFC and post on this board? This isn`t about difference of opinions its about facts and figures...........go figure.

Where in Edinburgh are you from, I lived in West Pilton for 6 months, didn`t know it was a rough estate until we moved in, the misses parents never told us. The day I moved in the police came round to check if my Porsche was mine or if i`d stolen it She grew up in dalry. I liked living up there but felt strange being English though. Pilton haha rough is an understatement mate and that stry about the porche dont surprise me at all. I stay along at Sighthill quite near Dalry actually spend alot of time there. The boozer I go to before the games is there the Balmoral?? Did you get alot of hassel for being English like? Suppose I'd get alot of hassel in Pilton I never got hassle, apart from this one herion addict banging on my door for a fix instead of someone elses, told him to fcuk off. I just never felt welcome. Used to piss me off missing games on TV, when they put scottish games lol

Anybody figured out why Sibierski's 2nd goal was disallowed?
Rebellious replied to a topic in Football
When he blew the whistle he did the shirt pull gesture. I can only assume Emre got a tug in. -
I hope GR now realises that Emre is better going forward than Parker is.

Ameobi, for sheer effort and determination.

My thoughts exactly. Nothing wrong with a threesome or a spit roast, quite fun tbh.

On tonights performance i'd drop Milner. gave away possession a lot and never really beat his man or got a cross in all night. have you SEEN Dyer cross the ball??? Yes have you? or are you blinded by hatred. Remember the cross for Owen when he came back against west brom and the one which he hurt his leg doing. I can`t think of many more recently because he has been injured for most of his career but he can cross. Back to the serious posts, I wouldn`t have risked Dyer against a physical team like Blackburn anyway.

Roman Bednar would do well here I think By the way I think you have the best non-toon song in football. "Away up in Gorgie at Tynecastle Park................................................." Why thank you very much regarding the song and the Jambos like the Toon have a tremendous set of supporters who belt out great songs week in week. On that note we are the best supporters out there arn't we. With regards to Bednar, he has the potential to become a real star, will he fufil it? Thats the question. He has turned in some superb performances for us but some real shockers aswell. Hes a strong powerful lad with an eye for goal and still really young so your right maybe at a stable club he would shine, however think a side around Charlton/Sheff United is about his level at this time. Asked for a 20 goal a season striker for Newcastle. I'll prob get shot down here but James Beattie? You dont become a bad player over night and when you look at the names we've been linked with think he is most realistic option. Luque? Oh no...what have you started?!! did you ever get round to opening that shop in the toon mate? (to Rebellious) No mate, Have decided to give it a year to strengthen where we are.

My brother has just had a manslaughter case dropped, doesn`t make me a bad person :winking:. Younger brothers and sisters will always end up making you look a cnut theres nothing you can do about it. Thats really strange about it being Heroin, its not a big problem in Ipswich at all, its more Crack and Coke down here. The Dyer family isn`t a close knit family like the Bramble one so I wouldn`t worry too much, it will only be a problem if the press talk out of their arse about it. As for the blood sucking entourage that would be more of a Newcastle thing if there is one. As in down here they hang around with the people they grew up with at school.

Speak for yourself, not all of us please.

bluebigeek.gif What on earth do you mean? He means big nigel pearson i imagine

I think it should be Zoggy, Solano for free kicks and milner for corners. Emre does look a better player when Butt is in the holding role, I have never understood GRs logic of using Parker as the forward player.
-
I knew him before he played football. I`m sure you don`t call your mates by their last name. Depends on the context tbh. True I suppose if they have no brothers of a similar age no one would get confused by using the family name. I see you mean the newspaper though. With the main newspapers they use the surname because they probably have never met the players but most local jornalists would have met the player.
-
Sounds shite but I can`t wait until we get away from the bottom and 14th is at least something to build on.
