You have the APT rule for Premier League, but do UEFA have the same rule? Let say theoretical speaking we pumped in hundreds of millions per year from Aramco, wouldnt it just hurt us in the Premier League? Wouldnt PL just devalue our incommings for the PL financial rapport, or is it illegal in the Premier League rule? If its illegal by PL law and not UK law then its a possible law suit which could lead to the APT rule being removed. I would love if the 14 clubs came together(all other than skys top 6) and voted a new FFP/PSR/APT system that was equal for all. More and more clubs will soon understand that the current rules are unfair to them and not only us.

You need to look at the time we signed him not afterwards. When we signed him he was comming off a season with just scoring 6 goals in La Liga, he failed making it in Germany with Dortmund. At the point when we signed him we paid more than he was worth(overpaid), and the "gamble" paid off because his price has sky rocked since even though he has been injured 193 days since joining us in 2022. I dont think Real Socidad wanted to sell him, so we wouldnt have gotten him for the market price. ie we had to overpay to get him. Howe has got the best out of him, so he has become a fantastic player and signing, I`m not sure he would have been worth as much money if Steve Bruce was still the manager.. I must agree with Froggy, at the time we paid more than market value for him. Isak had 105 games and 33 goals in La Liga and had an known injury record. Howe did see something other clubs didnt see, and was willing to overpay to get his man. The «gamble» has paid off.

Bruno F is a brilliant player when everything goes Man Utd way, as soon as they struggle a bit he goes sour and often drag his teammates down with him. He should never been captain on that team, they need someone who can pull them up when they are down, not pull them further down.

Can you explain Bayern Munchen? They hire their own coaching staff, and the manager has to work with them. To have that model you have to have a system/style of play and appoint the right staff. When the manager leaves you dont have to appoint a whole coaching team. You will also miss out on some managers that doesnt trust anyone else than their «own».

I dont get it why the VAR team is revealed before kickoff. imo they should be like the Stig, we shouldnt be allowed to know who they are. These clear and obvious rules should also just dissapear, it should be black and white, if its a foul its a foul. Put more cameras on the field and get random computer geeks to watch it as they will most likely see it much quicker. Pay them like a normall job, if they dont do their job just sack them and replace them with new ones.

Yeah I totally agree. You could argue that we are playing with our 2nd/3rd choices at many positions and thats why they cant keep the ball. But I think we lack the intensity to win the ball back and put press on teams, I would have thought our 2nd/3rd choices would run their asses off to try to become 1st team players.

We got the tactics wrong from the start, the players looked like they have just runned a marathon the day before. We were slow in everything we did.. You did the right thing to not watch or listen to the game yesterday.

Great to get the 3 points, but that was a shit show. What I notice is that some of the players arent listening to the instructions from Howe. Ie. Often this season you can see Howe screaming to Gordon and try to get him to track back but he looks like not responding. Gordon has been one of our best players this season, imo before xmas he was tracking more back. The way Howe wants us to play(like we played last season) everyone has to be on board and work for each other, is he starting to loose some players? I cant see Bruno and Isak wanting to stay if we in the future play like we have done for most of this season.

We need to exploit the gaps in the rules like Chelsea did by signing players on 8 year contracts. We must be able to get some smart lawyer to find us these gaps where we can boost our money. As soon as we find the gaps we need to be roothless and inject crazy money before they ban it. Wouldnt it be possible to hosting a concert and taking 100M for ultra VIP tickets which ofcourse is only a PIF shell company that is buying.
