Newcastle dont feel like a club anymore, our club is a cross between Ashley and Bruce. I hope some takeover will happend soon and that we get in a manager again.

I dont know which stats your refering to on the national team? Our defensive record is hoplessly bad, and our central defenders have not worked for ages. Last game he got swapped from central to right back after 2 easy goals which he should have done better on.. There is also a reason why he is only valued around 3-4Million even though he had a good season with Celtic. Tbh I cant see him as a low/mid premier league player either, mid/top championship player maybe. If he leaves Celtic I hope he goes to a slower league like the Italian one, which imho would suit him much more.

C'mon, you cant say Ajer is Premier League standard? He lacks communication, poor positioning, and error prone. In the last game for Norway he reminds me of a poor mans Titus Bramble... I would love for a Norwegian footballer to come here and succeed, but I really don't think Ajer is the answer.

I totally agree with what you are saying above. But my question is, where is Gayle? Is he injured? If you take Joelinton he gets 5 big chances and scores 0, Even Carroll shows more up than Gayle these days, but his legs are so gone that he wont get 5 big chances. So I would still play Gayle instead of those 2 because at the end of the day 3 out 5 is better than those two. Damn we are in a shitty position...

We had a new manager in Big Sam, had a very good first game against Bolton and had a few decent matches. This game was going to kickstart the season and get us flying with 3+ goal victory.. Instead we got glimps of how life would be under Big Sam.
