Started match betting. Appeases my betting needs and guaranteed not to loose anything. Lost too many bets on the euros. Ive decided I enjoy the searching for good odds factor and backing loosers more than being shit at betting on football.

Im 11th and around 40 points off the lead. The question is, make Gomez captain like everyone else or take a risk and hope Ozil produces something and Gomez is quiet. I think 40 points at this stage of the tournament doesn't put me out of the running. Probably just go with Gomez as im a bottler.

Im quite pleased with the young players we have in and around the squad at the minute. I think they will never match the squads of the Germans and Spanish etc but if you look at the age of some of our players its quite posotive. I am putting hundreds of billions on it. 1-4 isnt it? 1/3 I think. Im not putting any on it, just wondered if anyone else was sticking abit on. Might look at BC/Frankel/Camelot which someone in here said was just over 2/1 i think. Might do the same. Was thinking of a treble with BC involved. If Tiger wins this weekend it will be very tempting to pass that profit on to this. I went with Westwood
